Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to metro stations, Avenida Paulista, and local attractions, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff received high marks for being friendly, attentive, and helpful, contributing positively to guests' experiences. However, several guests found the rooms to be small and sometimes lacking in comfort, with noise from neighboring rooms or the reception area being a common complaint. Breakfast was generally considered simple but adequate for the price. Some guests noted issues with parking, bathroom facilities, and overall room amenities, but most agreed the value for the price and service made for a satisfactory stay.
