Pros (+) I liked the sign prohibiting prostitution.
Cons (-) Except for fresh sheets and towels, the room had not been cleaned recently. The door handle and door were grimy and the tile floor was dirty. Upholstered chair was stained and leather ottoman was dirty. Sometimes simple unadorned rooms and simple motels like this can be fine, when they are clean and don't smell awful. My impression is these people just aren't trying.
