All the staff was incredibly professional and friendly. Holly at the desk was delightful....a warm and friendly greeting whenever we passed the desk or had a question. Thanks to the cool valet guys, as well. We'll be back. And the smoked sage wafting through the hotel and into the street is worth the visit!! I had the smoked sage margarita both days!! ;)
Great location - right in the middle of restaurants, shopping and art. Seemed to be recently remodeled with high end finishes and linens. Great character old world character.
Valet parking only
Fantastic location smack in the middle of Santa Fe. The historic building is grand and the room was clean and charmingly furnished. Complimentary valet parking was also a nice touch.
Service at the reception could have been more prompt at times but this is really not that important.
Room needed several repairs. I have never seen a smaller hotel room. Not room for two people to move around. The valet, however, was awesome and very helpful. Thanks Ron.
Saggy bed. Tiny room.
