The hotel/casino no longer has a buffet. Food options are VERY limited. The casino itself is SMALL. I was very disappointed...the rooms should not be that much for such limited options. The walls in the bathroom were dirty, the hallway carpet was dirty with debris on it, and the overall place looks great from the outside but not so great on the inside. I will not be staying here again.
See above for the list of issues. NO BUFFET...VERY limited in food selection. Really...the "fine dining" was a JOKE. This place needs to visit the Sandia Casino in Albuquerque and take notes on how to have a hotel/casino.
The view was wonderful.
Very expensive. Clock was an hour fast and couldn’t change it. Told staff about it last year and still wasn’t fixed. Casino didn’t have a good variety of games.
Nice size rooms
Hotel was not kept up near as nice as it was 2years ago. View out the windows full of bird poop! No one answers the front desk phone! Seems very under staffed. Why can’t the indoor hot tub open at 7am? Nobody Services it anyway. We had to leav
Everything was wonderful..service, comfort and decor
Stephanie - the front desk manager.Friendly, accommodating, competent and caring. Give that gal a raise!!!
