Pros (+) This hotel has spacious, clean rooms. Communication was through text message with the hotel owner. There was a nice breakfast prepared each morning.
Cons (-) It felt like an apartment complex and your landlord was watching you. I prefer to have more privacy. This hotel is overpriced as well.

Pros (+) The hotel is literally a 2-minute walk to the beach; in fact, you can see the beach from the inn! The room was very clean and the owner is very nice and friendly. He uses a text-messaging system that made everything so much easier for us as we were driving through PCH and were unaware of road closures. The owner graciously warned us about that and we were able to alter our plans in time. There's f...
