Loved the location, exterior design and very friendly staff. Clean rooms and lobby area. Handled our maintenance request for help with the thermostat quickly.
The room was tight, no dresser, closet or fridge. I knew the room had a double bed (vs. Queen), but when I got in it, didn't realize that it would be that small.
Great location right on state 2 blocks from the beach.
Can be noisy with the train station and vehicles etc from adjacent restaurants etc.
Breakfast was good and hearty we loved the fresh hot white corn tortillas! Staff was fabulous and efficient , knowledgeable about the town and so welcoming! the rooms were well appointed and modern! Outside patio was nice to drink your coffee in the am and relax...
Rooms are only good for one person . Once the luggage is on stand it’s very hard to get around bed to get to bathroom . Rooms are Super SUPER TIGHT!!! I was in a king bed... if I would have known it was so small I would have requested a queen bed.
Staff was awesome.
Room was extra small. Difficult for two people. Glass bathroom door insufficient. No elevator except for luggage lift. Noise from street and Amtrak. Way too expensive for the accommodations.
Location, restaurant next door
Rooms far too small, not good value for money, no bell service
