The service and staff were frequently described as friendly, helpful, and attentive. Cleanliness was another strong point, with many guests noting clean rooms and well-maintained facilities. Breakfast received positive mentions for its quality and variety. However, several guests found the room sizes to be small or cramped, and a few mentioned issues with bathroom cleanliness or maintenance.
