Pros: Luis is an excellent host, and couldn’t be more helpful & friendly. The Pension is in a great central location, with superb facilities. Very modern, spacious apartment, fully equipped. Could not recommend highly enough in this wonderful city.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location! Less than 10 minute walk to the beach and very central to everything else. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and it was just a really cozy place to stay. We had a room with private bathroom and it was perfect. We also really appreciated having beach towels, umbrella and a small supply of plates/cups/cutlery to have light meals in our room. Was also very quiet at night. Loved this tiny, family run guesthouse!
Cons: Nothing! Price was a bit high, but less than many places we looked at .Just a factor of being in San Sebastian in the summer.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent. Facilities great and Luis couldn't have been more helpful
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like

Pros: The rooms as well as the public areas were beautiful.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Location and service
Cons: Room rate
8,3 Excellent
Pros: we liked the building, the décor, the service, the location above all, we liked the staff and the fact that they have been very helpful across the process. Before our stay, they were helpful in managing a change of room, in managing a change of dates, and during the stay in dealing/responding to some issues that we had with the room
Cons: too expensive even for such a luxury property and with some sound proofing issues in our room
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was delicious.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location. Facilities like gym. Breakfast- rich
Cons: Staff at check in / checkout (not welcoming, couple of robotic questions but no actual interest ). Breakfast service - slow ( needed to ask repeatedly for the coffee while we gave up waiting for a pancake which never came)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: A luxury hotel for a very special anniversary with my wife that I hoped would be very special. From the minute we arrived nothing was to much trouble. Would pay what we paid for that type of service and luxury
Cons: Nothing really
9,5 Excellent
Pros: everything
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Very good location, short walking distance to the town centre and beaches. Pleasant surroundings for a walk as well. The restaurants and facilities are very nice too.
Cons: Not much really... I found having to use the card for lifts a little pointless given you can use the stairs. I didn't get a chance to visit the gym/spa.

Pros: absolutely exceptional accommodation, friendly and helpful staff, parking in a safe place in front of the hotel, close to the center and the beach, perfect breakfast, quiet and elegant place for a romantic holiday.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: It’s quiet here. They allow you to take bicycles for the day and night so if you want to go to dinner, you just bike to town. The rooms are super nice! So clean!
9,5 Excellent
Pros: All major services and room facilities can be clearly rated as 5 stars
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The attention to detail, the immediate action upon request
Cons: The breakfast was standard, but the service was forgetful, waiting for your order that never came, had to reorder more than twice. I was assured that the management would improve based on my departure note
7,5 Good
Pros: The staff were very kind. The room was old but clean.
Cons: The price
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel, great breakfast, great shower. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, we took their bicycles with out any extra charge And using them made the way to old city much faster.
Cons: A bit far from the center, 20 minutes walk . We took their bicycles, but it was a bit difficult when it was raining.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Absolute everything, the location away from the crazy busy beachfront and within walking distance. Our room was very comfortable, and clean, nice products in the bathroom. The staff were absolutely outstanding, extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast as well.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: A gem of a hotel. Lovely grounds. Free parking. Exceeded expectations.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed at Villa Soro for 4 nights. The main building is elegant with a very warm atmosphere. I had a corner room on the first floor of the newer building which had it owns semi-private outdoor space. Both were nice. The bedroom and bathroom were of good size and quite utilitarian. The newer house has no street noise, though the area is sufficiently quiet that I would be surprised if the original house is affected by traffic noise. The staff is very polite and helpful. I chose to stay at the Villa as I thought I might find interesting people with whom to talk. Breakfast seemed like an obvious time but the bar is actually pretty lively at night. My wish was fulfilled. Members of The Morgan Motor Club were there with their glorious convertibles (British racing green, of course) and there were 2 architects from Stockholm on their way to Bilbao.
Cons: My bathroom was not adequately cleaned. I suppose this was due to the maid believing that Americans only take showers. However, there were enough clues that I take baths. The tub wasn't cleaned (or not to my standards) and neither q-tips nor hand soap were replaced in a timely matter.. I found there was too much noise transmitted from the room or rooms above which may have been just the luck of the draw in whose overhead. Note that this really is a residential area and you will have a good 30 minute walk to the bus station or even most restaurants.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Superb place to stay and great location
Pensión Iturriza - San Sebastian - Bedroom

With a stay at Pensión Iturriza in San Sebastian (Old Town), you'll be steps from Monte Urgull and 6 minutes by foot from Concha Beach.
6,8 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: The rooms were all located off a central reception area.you could hear everyone coming in at night and going out early in morning.our room was number six it was described as having a patio.the only thing I could see out off room window was a dirty concrete area about 20 below with no access. When I asked the owner where is the patio he said that’s it.in my opinion the room was very poor value for money
9,5 Excellent
Pros: It is in a fabulous location and the room is clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and ensured that every question was answered.
Cons: There is a roof top terrace, however I wasn’t allowed to access it. This was disappointing to hear as it was a contributing factor to booking the pension!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very good position, right in the heart of San Sebastian. Good fare for central parking Concha. Very clean rooms.
Cons: No breakfast available, however plenty of options in the restobars around. Room quite small but truth is we didn't need more space.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The location was absolutely brilliant. Excellent value for money. The staff was terrific and very helpful.
Cons: I would have liked a room safe for a passport.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Location and host
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was exactly what you'd want for 2/3 nights in San Sebastian with no thrills. Clean, comfortable, new bathroom, lovely little Juliette balcony onto old streets. Perfect location with 20 second walk from main bars and restaurants, 20 seconds from beautiful green mountain walks and 3 minutes from beach. Our room was room 2 (Agua). Had no idea what the other rooms were like but I would personally ask for Agua if I stayed again. Great value for money and would definitely go back. Perfect for my 2nd trip to this wonderful city.
Cons: A little noisy at night if you had the door balcony doors open but silent with them shut.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: They were fantastically accommodating when we were not ready to go to the airport at check out time. Kept our bags and called us a taxi when we were ready. LOCATION WAS AMAZING. Did not have the issues of hearing the other residents coming and going that was mentioned in another review.
Cons: The room was warm when we arrived, but the A/C was powerful and quick.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I’ve stayed here four times now, and if possible, will always stay here. The location is perfect - right near the church in old town yet it is very quiet and very secure. The rooms are well appointed with incredibly large beds so even two friends can sleep in the same bed without coming into contact. There are personal notes for you when you arrive and the owner takes great care in providing maps on the wall and guiding you to whatever you want to see or do.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location in old town. Easy walk to many bars and eating places, beach, mountain, marina, museums.
Cons: This didn't bother us but be aware this is a pension, not hotel and therefore doesn't offer some of the usual amenities of a hotel eg lobby, bar, restaurant.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The owner is so nice. He is super helpful in every way. The location is fantastic. Shower water pressure is amazing! Bed is so comfortable!
Cons: Nothing!

Pros: The Views, awesome
Cons: NO AC.Had to sleep with windows open.Rain,NoiseWindCOULD NOT SLEEP
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service, delightful welcome and very informative. Room was clean and views were great. Ideal location , local bus stop right outside hotel from town. The town was vibrant and interesting with lots to enjoy. Would we go back definitely.
Cons: Nothing.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Hotel Leku Eder might look like a 2 star hotel from the outside but inside it is 5 star for two reasons. The staff, Inaki and Tania are superb: they are warm, friendly, helpful and informative. The interior decor in the corridors and rooms is very tasteful: it is traditional and reflects the local Basque culture. Indeed if you want to learn a bit about the Basque culture just ask Inaki - he knows his stuff ! It is quite rare to find a hotel with soul - but this is one !
Cons: I made the mistake of walking all the way from the bus station, with my case, to the hotel which is at the top of a hill. Needless to say I was very hot and sweaty ! Take a number 16 bus for 1.75E and it will take you right to the door.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Nice view from our room. Although it was a few km from the old town, it was a nice walk down hill and then along the beach front. We were given good information on how to catch a bus back at the end of the day. Easy parking at the hotel and helpful staff.
Cons: Nothing
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent stay. Very helpful staff. Nice relaxing spot. Highly recommended.
Cons: Location might not suit everyone as it's a little far from the beach. Transport in and out is very easy though.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location, staff, views, room size and balcony. Breakfast was great and really good value. Bus into centre just across road was very convenient. Loved it
Cons: One bed was just a little too soft but was OK for 3 nights, Room was amazing though and views incredible,
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly helpful staff
Cons: Bit out of the way. Although on regular bus route.
5,0 Okay
Pros: location on top of mountain away with amazing view of city and ocean below, easy access to town by funicular or bus without the hassel of finding parking in town
Cons: room fine but ask for upper floor
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Tania was fantastic! She gave us a bunch of information and tips right when we arrived, with special suggestions and advices. She even almost packed our car to protect it from the rain when she realized the windows were open and the storm was approaching. The cakes served for breakfast were simply delicious! And the stunning view... what a wonderful thing it was to get back from he chaotic city to the quietness of the hotel surroundings. It was like staying at grandmas place. We loved it!
Cons: The pillows were a bit too narrow.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic view from the hotel. Very kind, helpful staff. Cheap, lovely breakfast spread each morning overlooking the ocean. Hope to return.
Cons: Lack of AC was a bit lame, but summers are not too hot in the region so it was OK.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The friendly, knowledgeable staff. Very helpful and pleasant.- especially Tania. Great view and clean rooms. Awesome breakfast. Away from all the tourists and noise.
Cons: We loved everything.
8,0 Excellent

Cons:
7,3 Good
Pros: The staff are very knowledgeable and are very friendly and helpful. The view of the lighthouse and the Atlantic is pretty. A few minutes' walk from the hotel will give you a wonderful view of San Sebastian. With the information given by the staff, you can get to the city readily but having a car is definitely was helpful to drive around to nearby sites.
7,3 Good
Pros: Dramatic location overlooking the bay from mountain top from the breakfast room. No restaurant, but helpful receptionist served me toast with cheese and ham in the evening- the same as breakfast.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Why is this 2 star? One of the nicest places we have stayed in. All the staff were wonderful. The breakfast was very nice. The rooms were clean spacious and comfortable. Loved the wooden furniture. As for the view it was to die for both from breakfast room and balcony.
Cons: Only complaint is I wish it was closer.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Gorgeous authentic pension in the perfect old town location. Such warm, helpful and accommodating hosts. A lot of care goes into looking after this accommodation and a lot of pride in running it safely and knowledgeably. Was lucky enough to have the large room with a window overlooking the main strip right to the water (great security shutters at night that block out majority sound). Of my month travelling Spain this was an absolute highlight. Will definitely come back one day, hopefully often!
Cons: Can’t self-control the air conditioning, but it was managed well so not an issue.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect, within walking distance of La Concha beach, the pintxos bars, shopping and the major sites. Teresa, the owner was very helpful.
Cons: It was not easy to find the property but I called Teresa and she came to pick me up. Guests should be advised at least how to find the hotel or the buildings that are close to it.
5,5 Okay
Cons: The room was really small. The window overlooked an encaged and gloomy inner dark corridor. It gave us a claustrophobic fit in the night. It was not possible to control the air conditioning but when in the middle of the night we phoned the owner to ask for help because we were freezing they turned it off for us.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, just down the street from the beach and next to all the bars and restaurants. Very clean, very comfortable bed.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location, friendly staff, great coffee area, charming, albeit small, room.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Location was fantastic, air conditioning worked really well, staff very friendly and helpful, rooms always kept clean, very quiet at night time despite being near busy place, nice touch that the drinks in the mini bar are complimentary. Lovely pillows.
Cons: Bed was a tad hard for my liking but that is personal preference. Would have liked some diet drinks in the fridge as one of the party is diabetic. Apart from that, fantastic.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, friendly staff, excellent air conditioning. Free Lavazza coffee machine. Free soft drinks and water in the mini bar. Impressive operation in a converted flat straddling the casco viejo and the Belle Epoque ensanche.
Cons: The toilet ran and they did not manage to fix it during my stay. A bit of noise from doors closing in the hallway but generally the room was quiet. The price seemed high to me by Spanish standards, but it was the best I could find in relatively-pricey San Sebastian...
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Location is fantastic. Vehicle access to the property but on edge of old town. A few steps to the hub of San Sebastián. Also train station across the road.
Cons: The room is well fitted, but tight on space for suitcases. If you travel light then no problem.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent central location, near bus and train stations.
Cons: Sound proofing between rooms was only fair. . Excellent sound proofing with the windows to the exterior.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Very central location , friendly staff and very clean . Easy to find
Cons: Only drawback was being easily able to hear people going in and out with their suitcases. Didn’t really bother us but could be an issue for some people
8,8 Excellent
Pros: LOCATION!!! Superb!! Room was very clean with beautiful balcony view. Small but we spent little time there. Complimentary coffee, water and tea/cola were a nice touch. Front desk was very polite and helpful. Overall very nice!
Cons: Small room with very little space to move. No Kleenex - hard to come by in Europe I believe- and no bathroom amenities- ie lotions. Beds not the most comfortable but we’re ok. Very basic especially for the price but the location and cleanliness made up for it.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The host was very helpful, he gave us great recommendations. The room was spacious. We were given complimentary drinks everyday. The location was perfect! Very central. The price, all of it was good and we really enjoyed our stay.
Cons: The bathroom was very clean and we were given plenty of towels, however the shower door or drain maybe needs a look as there was always quite a bit of water on the floor after use. That’s all, loved everything else!

Cons: Wonderful !
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is in the very heart of the embankment, just hundred meters from old town. The view from rooms with sea view is stunning. The stuff was friendly and agreed to upgrade the room because of municipal construction works noise at another side of the building.

Pros: Location was fantastic, very close to old town and great view of the ocean.
Cons: There was construction next door and in front of the hotel.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Location staff
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent and the bed was massive. The breakfast was good although the dining room does get busy.
Cons: We had paid for a room with a balcony but due to construction work going on outside we were not able to use it. I appreciate that it wasn’t work being carried out by the hotel but they must have been made aware it was happening well in advance (it was the construction of a new subway so not insignificant). Not only was it not mentioned when we checked in but we were not even given the chance to upgrade. Not only that I had received an email from them a few days earlier asking if I needed anything and had replied asking them about an upgrade to a sea view and they had not even bothered to respond. For a little over 1000 euros for 3 days I expected better!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The view over the bay from the balcony windows. The room was of a generous size and the 5th floor was quiet.. The staff were also very helpful.
Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't like.
10,0 Excellent

Cons: Small rooms, but well-organized and complete.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Clean room and spaces.
Cons: The taste of the hotel is very particular. No US plug. So if you bring a shaver, you are in trouble. The hotel directory in the room was not coherent. It was written the gym was openned untill 10pm and when you arrive their, it was open only untill 9 pm. The room door didn’t close totally so I had to make sure it would close behind me. In order to access to the wifi, I had to proceed to certain pages that the receptionist didn’t give at check-in. NO COMPLIMENTARY WATER. I’ve been to many other places with better amenities and at least a welcoming water.

Pros: The hotel was clean and presentable and the reception and cafe bar staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed an evening in the cafe bar.
Cons: The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. We were woken early both mornings by the bin men emptying bins outside. The shower of the next door room was very noisy in our room (Michael Caine) and impossible to sleep through. The food in the main restaurant was poor. We were unable to put drinks bought at the cocktail bar on to our bill and the Nespresso martini was average.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable and the wheelchair accessible bathroom was super! The location was great as it was an easy 20 minute walk to the beach and town. Or a bus journey from right outside the hotel. Easy access to the river and central bus station as well. Breakfast was good however not worth the money as the are great coffee shops very close by. All in all a great stay. We would come again.
Cons: We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room which was pretty good. However I would suggest a slightly better layout to give a wheelchair user better movement around the room.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Great location - a short walk from centre but in a neighbourhood with small shops which were great value The staff were friendly and welcoming - special mention to Sandra on reception Great transport links Clean modern rooms Nespresso machine luckily I had pods but they provided some Mini bar was really cheap compared to a lot of hotels Secure underground parking which cost extra but was perfect as we had a car full of items from a wedding
Cons: I thought it was all great - I’d certainly return

Pros: House keeper was very good.
Cons: Noisy as we were next to the lift The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. 20-25 minute walk to the beach etc. Parking over priced and really should be free as the hotel price isn’t cheap.

Cons: Need to update the listing as there is no lounge area. Walls are paper thin and can hear other guests / neighbors in the block. Room had no ventilation / natural light so had a funny smell. Smoke from neighbors came in to our room a lot.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Everything else. Customer service is excellent, location is excellent, price is good. Bathrooms clean and modern.

9,3 Excellent
Pros: We like the parking arrangement for our vehicle.
Cons: Everything was to our needs.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: modern clean spacious
5,8 Okay
Pros: The room was clean enough but overall had a rundown, old feeling, particularly the bathroom. The staff was helpful, but a bit curt when you had a specific request. The location is ok, some good food places around and the (less touristy) beach is 5 minutes. A good 20-30 minute walk to the old town, but buses are pretty frequent and easy to use for when it's too hot/rainy to walk.
Cons: The room was stuffy, the AC didn't work very well (old). The carpet on the corridor outside the room was stained and gave the whole place a filthy feel. For half the price it would've been spot on, but as it is pretty poor value for money. Incredibly noisy early morning and late-night (garbage & recycling collection)
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, friendly helpful staff perfect for a stopover
Cons: Everything fine but if I was staying longer then I would find the hotel too small and lacking for my needs - that’s by no means a negative as the hotel provided exactly what we needed after a long day travelling and San Seb is the best City in the Basque
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Excelente localizacion.

4,5 Okay

Pros: Great breakfast, good location close to beach and Gros, free parking, and great price for an expensive town.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Helpful and friendly staff, comfortable and clean if basic and small room,, but the huge advantage of on site parking and a very good location with safe and pleasant access to the beach and city.
7,5 Good
Pros: Cozy and friendly staff.
Cons: Having to haul luggage upstairs without an elevator.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: It was a good place for the family to stay. It's about a 20 minute walk to old town but we didn't mind that.
Cons: Depending on room location, the walls are paper thin.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Very good location. Free parking. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Cons: The air conditioning provision could have been better as the room was quite warm especially at night.
7,0 Good
Pros: Only 5 mins walk to eastern end of the smaller beach in San Sebastián. Clean but basic. Parking is limited but was free which was a real bonus.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect, close to the beach and the city and far enough away for some peace and quiet. Car parking was a massive bonus too
Cons: There was no Aircon, but there was a fan and good windows, so not a deal breaker even at 28 degrees C
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The location is central and staff very nice. They provided us with an umbrella when we were going out and gave us recommendations of places to see and restaurants to eat at.
Cons: Breakfast is available for a bit over 4 or 7 Euro, but its still very basic. But I guess that's spanish breakfast: a toast with marmalade + coffee and juice. Our room was very hot and although we had a little fan, it wasn't really enough. It rained heavily during our entire stay and our room faced the parking lot where water from the roof was pouring all night on a parked car, which made a really loud noise.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The staff were excellant, as was the location.
Cons: The room was quite small and basic for the price.
5,5 Okay
Pros: Rooms are clean, very simple. The location is very good.
Cons: The hotel is over rated. Stuff was not friendly at all. There was just one friendly person on reception. The rest was not unfortunately. The lady at reception during our check out was very arrogant. She asked me for 450 EUR. The rate was 140 EUR/night and we stayed for 3 nights. One night was paid already before we had arrived. 10 Eur/night extra for dog. So when i told her that she was mistaken she simply started to yell. She didn’t speak English or refused to do so. She said “ok, 350 EUR”. She was really unhappy because I asked her to print my bill and paid 310 EUR according to it. this oriental market style of charging and arrogant behavior is not acceptable. We were with our dog. So, if you are planing to take your dog with you be aware that this hotel doesn’t allow to leave your dog in the room or take it to the bar during the breakfast. Hotel didn’t bother to inform about this even if I wrote that we were coming with dog in advance. Dogs are not allowed on the beaches in Basque region during summer so it was problem for us. We had much better experiences in other hotels in Spain

8,3 Excellent
Pros: The location was a 10! And the hotel was excellent, however there was major construction going right on the street in front of hotel! This was inconvenient and dirty and noisy.
Cons: We should have been forewarned about the street construction. it made our stay unpleasant at times. a discount for this inconvenience would have made a big difference!
7,5 Good
Pros: Location to the beach.
Cons: The construction happening right outside of the hotel. The cutting of tiles was really loud.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location good breakfast good staff and clean
Cons: Maybe bar could be open all day When we visited it rained all day and we would have stayed on the property
5,5 Okay
Pros: The location was very nice.
Cons: Couldn’t find a taxi for us one night. Night desk man usually on phone when you went to talk to him. Didn’t have any umbrellas for us when it rained. Telephone didn’t work well.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, clean, room on the small side.
Cons: Expensive breakfast.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean
Cons: The room was small but is to be expected in Europe compared to NZ or Australia
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Great location close to the beach and old town. Good breakfast. Room was small but cosy.
Cons: Nothing to complain about! Would stay again.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location right next to the beach and the room was really clean and cleaned thoroughly from one day to the next. Free drink to have in the bar was a nice touch!
Cons: Very expensive for what it was and room was quite small
4,5 Okay
Cons: Road noise and noise pass through walls from other rooms. Dated rooms. Poor and noisy A/C. Next to a construction site. Extremely overpriced for what is being offered by the hotel. There is no link between pictures on website and reality. Any rate over €70 per night should be considered as an over value rate for this hotel. I travel regularly to San Sebastián for work every the other week, and this hotel was by far the worst place I stayed in San Sebastián. When you travel to San Sebastián plan your stay well in advance so do not end up to stay in this hotel.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent we liked the short 10 min walk after dinner back to the hotel from the old town. It is also very close to a large shopping mall if thats what you like . The beach was nearby which was lovely for a quick dip The bedroom was comfy and clean .Good breakfast selection and not rushed staff were nice
Cons: They forgot to give us any towels on the second day which we noticed while in the shower . It did seem to be slightly understaffed I would also have liked free shoehorn as I use them.
8,8 Excellent
Cons: The wall was very thin you can hear the noises along the corridor and when toilet being flush in the next room. Plus, the bathroom was dated could use some refurbishment especially ceiling at shower area that appears to be slightly moldy. Shower area can use some lighting as the area was dark given the black painted wall.
9,4 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: The air conditioner was not working well. The street was under construction and wasn’t easy to access the hotel

Pros: Very friendly and efficient staff, brilliant room (suite) with lots of space for a family and also easy parking with electric car charging too.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: While not cheap, nice to have parking under hotel accesible by elevator. Room was spacious and nice bath. Powerful hairdryer! Cafe a good deal for simple breakfast. Nice view of the river. Staff was friendly and professional.
Cons: Nice hotel - a bit further from the heart of town than appears. Given the city does not accommodate cars too well, if you’re driving you need parking. Trade off.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The room was spacious and with a great view. The members of the staff at reception desk were always friendly and helpful.
Cons: We confirmed other travellers' comments that soundproofing of the bedrooms is poor, so you hear if people in the room upstairs does anything. We never got hair conditioner and had to ask for it downstairs. Breakfast was not tasty enough for the price we paid.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice Cafe for breakfast in the hotel.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: great location, family suite was an excellent size for family of 4 with 2 balconies. Very good breakfast buffet. Staff very friendly.

Cons: A bit far from the main areas near beach and old town however close to sporting area which I liked.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Helpful staff. Great breakfast.
Cons: Nothing
4,3 Okay
Cons: Dirty bathroom, taps not working properly. Shower floods. Room was small. Location is a half hour walk away from everything you want to do in San Sebastián although the bus service was convenient. Overpriced.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: I thought the breakfast was excellent and the availability until 11 am very good. The live music on Saturday night was excellent, the girl singing was great and created a great atmosphere.
Cons: I thought the flooring in the bar was a little cold and not conducive to relaxation.
8,0 Excellent
Cons: The hotel is a bit far away from any of the tourist attractions and restaurants. It is amid a very busy intersection of town making it convenient to get to if you are driving. The downside is the traffic noise is incredibly loud all night long.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The breakfast is good but quite expensive.
Cons: The only problem is that the location is about 15 minutes walk from the main interesting places so you need to walk or to take a taxi but it is not so bad.

Pros: Good location, parking available at the hotel, staff friendly and helpful.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location, room size and parking
Cons: Price of parking and better usage of balcony
7,0 Good
Pros: Good location!
Cons: Quite overpriced, including the parking (€32 for 1 night!) Some parts look a little tired (elevator etc).
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable in excellent position.
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was wonderful- very fresh. The location was fantastic. It was a little hard to find until you got used to the road signs! Would go back to this hotel again.
5,0 Okay
Cons: Facility
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Walking distance to all main attractions. Very close to La Concha (one block). Very clean and confortable rooms.
6,3 Good
Pros: The location was very good, near the beach. But please note that the beach that it's near is set up for private use. You cannot rent a chair or umbrella there. Those are for private customers. Don't plan on going to that beach.
Cons: The room was a terrible value. I paid $350/night for a premium room, and it was not worth it. Perhaps it's because there is a paucity of hotel rooms compared to the demand for them. I overpaid terribly, and that cast a terrible pall on my entire stay. Also, there was a funny/musty smell in that room.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect
Cons: The bathroom could be cleaner
7,1 Good
Pros: Location and standard double.
Cons: Standard twin room was for disabled and much reduced space inside. This room was 3* at best.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Beds very comfortable. Breakfast very good - lots of choice of fruits, breads, croissants etc but the hot food wasn't so good. The fried eggs looked as if they'd been there quite a long time and the rest of the foods such as bacon, tomatoes, sausages etc were kept in enamel pots on the hot plate but sadly the food didn't stay hot and by the time you weren't eating it, I'm afraid it was cold though it was tasty. However, the staff were excellent and polite. The location was excellent - a 5 minute walk took you straight to the promenade & beach and it was only about 10-15 minutes to get into the old town. Many cafes & restaurants close by.
Cons: As stated above a new method of keeping hot food actually hot would be beneficial. There was nothing specific to dislike but I doubt whether I'd visit San Sebastian again but would recommend this hotel to people looking for a short break.
