Pros: Staff very friendly making sure as a visitor I had all that was needed for each day. Juan, our manager, took great care over us and went the extra mile when needed, what a great compliment to the very helpful staff. Assisted with transportation Recommendations for alternative meals Provided extra bottled water I booked the stay with the breakfast provided, meals at their bistro were amazing, the presentations of foods served as well as flavors. Location was very convenient to the events we were engaged with during the stay. The hotel gardens are very beautiful making the space very inviting and refreshing for a relaxed visit. Next time I would book a suite for a bit more comfort and an breathtaking view of the village. The room was very comfortable and very clean plenty of hot water and serviced daily. Casa Rosada was a complement to its beautiful colorful surroundings
Cons: Temperatures were a bit cooler than expected requiring some heat however, the Casa Rosada provided space heaters which were fantastic for taking the chill out of the room.

Casa Puesta del Sol - San Miguel de Allende - Bedroom
8
8,9 Excellent (91 reviews)
R1 891+
Overview Reviews

Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours).
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This is a superb hotel! The location is a walkable distance from the center of activity in town, yet distant enough for quiet seclusion in peaceful surroundings. The hotel is beautifully decorated and furnished, and provides ample outdoor seating as well as a large spa. Terraces provide sunset views of the city overlooking lush landscaping, and below, several seating areas are nestled among the greenery and three ponds. The breakfast area is actually a spacious dining room with a terrace, and the adjacent bar is well stocked and could accommodate many more people than could be guests. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious -- eggs cooked to order, juice, toast, and very fresh fruit. The staff is efficient, polite, and very helpful. A big 10+ in every category!
Cons: We felt a little guilty that because there was no bench at the foot of the bed, we couldn't prevent the lovely and very heavy bedspread from falling on the floor.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I don't remember Booking.com giving any food and drink info. We found Puesta through friends. It's a B&B. Very nice.
Cons: The US ExPat scene has become pretty thick. I wish they were more respectful of their host culture/country.
7,1 Good
Pros: Pretty gardens. Comfortable room. Great views.
Cons: No parking available, we were asked to park on the street. Breakfast was not very good and you could hear the staff complaining in the kitchen. We had to wait for the manager to check out.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely, friendly, perfect, but hard for an older person with a cane to walk to town. Needed a cab but it only cost 70 pesos. Worth it for the quiet and the view and the gardens.
Cons: See above. Hard location For those with mobility issues, but a totally delightful place.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very warm and frindly people! Amazing view!
7,5 Good
Pros: Nice Hotel near to the center of San Miguel. The staff was very friendly and offered breakfast earlier as 8:30 (standard breakfast time) so I could be in the office in time.
Cons: Small critics: I have not received my bill yet even though I asked for it one day in advance.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely old villa with a beautiful garden and also a nice patio on the roof. Kind staff and tasty breakfast.
Cons: Rooms were a little cold as the temperature dropped at night. There were heaters in the room but ours was quite noisy. I also Found it a little far from town (although taxis are cheap and plentiful).
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice property, well-maintained. You are a guest in the owner's home and have access to some of their areas, very friendly. Feels very safe. Beautiful gardens and plants everywhere. Nice view from an elevation on San Miguel. It is 10-15 minutes by car to get to the Center area.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The whole place is awesome and relaxing, nicely decorated and beauty gardens and patios.
Cons: Uphill, could be a bit exhausting after a day-long walk.
6,5 Good
Pros: We were in the best room in the hotel. Beautiful balcony and excellent bathroom.
Cons: The hotel's grounds are not clean and not sufficiently well maintained. The breakfast is reasonable and served at a long table with all the guests. The hotel has a beautiful view, but it is located high and relatively far from the city center. In our room, the wifi did not work and they did not succeed in correcting or apologizing. The place is not worth the high price of $ 250 a night
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: The staff was friendly. We checked out after one night.
Cons: Ants in kitchen with no food there broken patio chairs, old bedding, old unattractive furniture. Fan didn't work, unlit stairs.

7,5 Good
Pros: The hotel has a rustic feel and nice roof terrace with pretty views of the gardens and surrounding properties. Great location - pleasant walk to center and just opposite the famous wall mural.
Cons: Booked a room with city view and the window was very small and dark. Only complaint!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was a great value. We stayed in a suite that was very clean and spacious. Hotel had a pool and was quick walk to great restaurants. There was a gate at the entrance that closed at night and had a night guard for added security, this made us feel more comfortable during our stay,
Cons: Pool area could be updated a little.

Cons: The breakfast
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
6,3 Good
Pros: Staff was friendly
Cons: Bed was stiff as bricks and stones
6,7 Good
Pros: The location is not bad. About 10 minute walk from Centro Historico. Great convenience to Farmacias De Ahorro right next to the property where you can get medication, snacks or even see a doctor if you get sick at no price.
Cons: The service at night time. I needed ice and was never brought to my room. I had to go get it myself at the reception, only to find out I can only get 2 small cups of ice, rather than a small bucket like most places. Later, again, I need 2 pillows, of which I had to go get myself at the reception.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Pool and nice open courtyard to relax from a day of sightseeing and tourist buying. Staff was very pleasant except for the day manager at the check in desk that was a little snooty but not too bad. We left a fit bit in the room and it was like pulling teeth to get the cleaning staff to come up with it.
Cons: There was a field trip of youth staying and were very noisy and occupied the all the brunch seating but I'm sure that was not typical. Also the first room they they tried giving us for king bed was facing the street and had frosted Windows and looked like a prison cell. Get the inside doubles facing pool.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: All te installations
Cons: The place of burgers they have outside it's bad al my friend got sick the meat was uncooked no flavor I think this gives bad reputation to the hotel

9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location was great not to far from downtown and we could walk to close by eateries
Cons: The only problem was the beds. The mattress was hard and I have a bad back so it made it impossible to lay down for long. I was in a sitting position half the night.
10,0 Excellent

3,3 Mediocre

9,2 Excellent
Pros: we liked the location; we liked the friendly staff; we liked the cleanliness and decor of the hotel itself; the value alone made it worth out stay.
Cons: the beds were a bit hard but it was not uncomfortable at all; just something to consider if you like softer mattresses. Also, i requested a King but was given two full beds - no biggies but I thought I'd include.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast buffet was delicious. The rooms were clean and had good air conditioning. The staff were friendly.
Cons: The TV didn't work in our room all day the day of our checkout and we were hoping to catch a soccer match so we tried in the bar/lounge area and the TV also did not work there and no one came back to let us know whether the TV was gonna work or not. The staff were friendly but not on the same page.
Casa Primavera Hotel Boutique & Spa - San Miguel de Allende - Bedroom

Overview Reviews
Hotel Boutique Casa Primavera as a typical architecture of San Miguel de Allende. We have put all our effort into creating a concept that generates emotions and feelings that will make your stay pleasant and unforgettable.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Not one complaint! Great food, comfy bed, heated pool, best massage at the spa, music at breakfast, convenient shuttle to city center, friendly staff and the design of the hotel was beautiful.
Cons: It was perfect and we would stay there again.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The colonial architecture. The food in the restaurant was tasty.
Cons: Would have liked a/c, however it was manageable.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The property was beautiful. A bit far from the center but easily accessible by taxi or Uber $5 USD or there is a shuttle but it never seemed to be available when we needed it.
7,1 Good
Pros: I liked the view and location.
Cons: Food at the restaurant is tasteless, and when you take a shower, it floods. The beds are so soft, that makes them uncomfortable.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great staff (special acknowledgement to the shuttle's driver). Two thumbs up to food and facilities.
Cons: The overall expirience would've been great if newer mattresses were available.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: In general is pretty, comfortable and safety and clean
Cons: Long distance to the downtown, and no to much around
7,5 Good
Pros: Location is perfect as it is away from the noise of the city
Cons: Maid service very spotty
7,1 Good
Pros: Breakfast was very slow in its service and the coffee was never really hot. The fruit was good and the personnel polite and friendly.
Cons: As I said....the coffee was never hot and it did seem to take an hour to poach an egg.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: It’s a beautiful hotel, very clean and very new with the Hacienda style.
Cons: Doesn’t have Air conditioner, this should be installed. It feels warm at night because it is not always possible to open the windows.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great location, parking is fabulous! as it is included and they valet for you! Not too sure about the breakfast as we did not eat it, but the coffee was good. Rooms a bit run down, compared to the picture, and if you love you TV, the reception was very poor, could have been due to the weather though. Staff is super, Jorge is amazing! grounds are beautiful!! would stay again!
Cons: Rooms were a bit run down in comparison to the picture.
7,9 Good
Pros: The hospitality of the staff was wonderful
Cons: The staff was amazing and full of hospitality. Room was very nice but no ac Shower pressrure was ok but head was high. Would be nice to install a hand held shower. Daily breakfast was tasty. Overall, very nice stay.
7,9 Good
Pros: Location and staff attention was excellent! The decoration is really beautiful and security is great.
Cons: Facilities in one of the bedrooms, the one closer to reception: The shower space was small and the shower head couldn't be adjusted and the bed was not comfortable. TV cable in both rooms didn't work.
6,3 Good
Pros: The size of the room and location of the hotel was very good .
Cons: There was a problem with the water Pibe from the room in top of mine which produce an uncomfortable and strong noise and was very quite unpleasant to sleep , I told the lady about the problem and they didn’t give me a solution.
4,6 Okay
Cons: We've stayed here before and had a good experience but this time was very different. The quality of the rooms is not consistent at all. This time we were put in a room that was very small, sparingly decorated and felt like a cell, not a hotel room. Beware if you stay here that some rooms are much better than others and you will roll the dice with what you get.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location and service
Cons: No A/C, no iron and not even a fan. TV does not work
4,2 Okay
Pros: The staff was very kind - (but powerless to assist guests).
Cons: Toilet would not flush for a few days. NO WIFI...Wifi was NOT fixed when they said it would be. Roof in room leaked during rain. The grounds were dirty. Furniture in the lobby was worn and torn. No artwork anywhere. Place looked like an old hacienda that was converted to a boutique hotel with little or no additional investment. Breakfast service was overwhelmed as they had insufficient staff. They called taxis for us that never showed up (not their fault). This facility needs a tremendous amount of new investment to bring it into the 20th century....the 21st would be too much of a stretch. It is in desperate need of repair, upgrades and fundamental comfort enhancements. The staff is very nice yet completely powerless to accommodate the fundamental needs of guests. Furniture in the guest rooms is old and barely functional - requires replacement. Television was awful. Windows were dirty. Fountains were inoperable. It was a HUGE disappointment!!! WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!! We had to check out 4 days early and return to GDL and the General Manager would not process a refund for the 4 nights we pre-paid BEFORE learning of the necessity to cut our stay short.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great Location!!
7,9 Good
Pros: Location is great
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The old charm inside and out made me feel like I was living in a different era. The property is beautiful and there is a cemented area that appears there was previously a pool. I wish it was still there, it would have made it perfect. The inside of our room was nice except there was no air conditioning but that was not a big problem since the room was naturally cool. Major cites and city center is walking distance.
Cons: Hot water ran out when trying to fill the tub. The tub is huge though. The Lobby music played from 9am to around 9p and we had a room across the front desk area. I think a major reason they play it is because you can hear a lot from your room (people talking). I would ask for a back room or second story room .
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful colonial structure close enough to restaurants, shops, and The Jardin - but is still quiet at night. Feels safe. Staff are fantastic.
Cons: Gets hot in the room; no A/C. No Wifi in the room. No English-speaking TV channels. Shower head doesn’t direct water downward. Nearby construction created noise starting early in the morning.

Cons: No hangars in the closets, way too few electrical contacts, given the number of things we have these days powered by electricity.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely place in a beautiful city. Great view from the roof. Nice room and friendly staff.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: My large room had a lovely sitting area, very comfortable mattress and good furnishings. French doors to a treed patio. Lots of hot water, excellent maid service. Very good value. Only a walk to the Jardine. Great cooffee shop 2 blocks away.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The staff one of the best, very kind and efficient.
Cons: The entire hotel needs a renovation; everything is worn out. In our room the TV didn't have a signal and because of the rain the water came inside of the room (the entrance of the room has a patio door which does not give safetiness or privacy.)
9,2 Excellent
Pros: I loved the embience. Trees, garden as you entre. Different garden areas. My room was large & had a well furnished sitting area & a fireplace. Lots of chacter. French doors to a patio, with plants, fountain, trees & garden furnishings. Kind helpful staff. Close to the central jardin. Excellent coffee/ breakfast cafe nearby.
7,5 Good
Pros: The location was good and the recommendation by the staff for breakfast was great.
Cons: The valet situation was not the best as there was a miscommunication when we arrived. Was asked to park the vehicle around the corner, problem is there is no parking anywhere and it was to be included. I got a call while looking for a spot that if I hurry back the valet guy can park my vehicle before he leaves. I was bothered by the fact that this was not mentioned as we arrived and that so much time was lost before even checking in.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Our rooms were very private, quiet and away from the main street which was great. Very close to the main square and restaurants. Staff was helpful and friendly.
6,7 Good
Pros: Closeness to city center
Cons: The hotel looks old, not well maintained. Wifi didn't work and power out less too, they were reported but nothing was done. When you book thru booking. Com theres no breakfast but they even offer to give you that option even if you pay.
8,3 Excellent
Cons: I had trouble with my room key all week but the staff helped me open and lock my door. Pain in the ass for them.
5,0 Okay
Cons: To say that I was completely angry and dissatisfied with my whole experience at Casa Quetzal, is a mild understatement. I checked in late afternoon with Janet. I was put into 105. Right across from the reception desk. I had a problem with the security box. There were NO directions on how to use it, but Janet was kind enough to unlock it and give me instructions. I woke early the next morning and turned on the TV. Within minutes, the power went off. I waited. I went back to sleep. I woke around 8 and went to the front desk to report the power outage. It was checked out by the maintenance man. After much back and forth it was declared that It was only that room. Lilliana, was on duty and she offered to move me to a different room. I had an appointment that morning so I quickly RE-PACKED my things and moved into a different room. Took me totally away from my planned day. Once again, I had a problem with the security box. I left for my day tour. I returned that afternoon in time for a 4:30 massage appointment that Janet had arranged for me at check in. I went out for dinner and returned in time for sunset around 8pm. I went to bed. The next morning I sorted through my things looking for my wallet. I searched for hours taking time to search everything. No wallet. I reported it to front desk receptionist Luis. We reviewed the series of events from the time I checked in. I had my wallet that day cause I took my credit card out of my wallet for Janet to imprint. That’s the last time I remember having it. The next morning I was moved to a different room and right after I left the hotel until my massage appointment. It’s my rule as a seasoned world traveler, not to walk with my wallet, cause it has many cards that I don’t need. I went over step by step, thinking in my haste, having moved to another room, that perhaps I overlooked it in the security box. The room had since been rented to a couple and they had already moved on. Luis contacted the housekeeping staff.

Pros: The service at this hotel was excellent. Any small issues that arose were taken care of immediately. Staff very helpful to me as a solo traveler. The breakfasts were wonderful and served in a beautiful room with fantastic view. So great to have a pool too !
Cons: The window in my room didn't open so the room got a little stuffy and warm in the afternoon. The fan helped but as San Miguel often had a little breeze happening in the early evening, an open windows somewhere would be better.
4,6 Okay
Pros: Location. Nice pool for a cool off but not suitable for serious swimming. Great view from the roof.
Cons: Furnishings dated. Owner's dog barked in courtyard during night. Dirty kitchen facilities, hard styrofoam pillows. Torn sheets. Older building that needs a serious redo. Endless yard crap laying around. Breakfast included but lacking variety. Not worth the money.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Pretty garden and entrance. Sweet staff. Good breakfast. I chose it for the location.
Cons: No hot water and rooms needs better lighting and some decorative updates.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Beakfast was excellent. The coffee was delicious and the staff was top notch
Cons: The bed was a little bit squeaky which would wake me up on occasion.
7,1 Good
Pros: Pool and recliners on lawn - perfect for relaxing during the hot afternoons. Rooms were well-sized and airy. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price and was excellent - freshly coked. Dining room very nice too.
Cons: The roof-top area is "under renovation" but feels abandoned. It would be a great area to renovate and make into a bar/relaxation area. Felt the hotel was a bit pricey for the quality - but the close central location was worth it.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful view. Perfect location. Good breakfast with many choices.
Cons: Plumbing in bathrooms should be updated.
5,4 Okay
Pros: the area is pretty.. but the rate was extremely high.. the hotel needs more improvement overall.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: I loved the little restaurant !!
Cons: Need to have more mantainace in the property
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I loved my room at the hotel. It was very spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and there was lots of natural light. The room also had a lovely view over the beautifully landscaped courtyard and swimming pool. The staff at the hotel was warm and welcoming. We arrived at midnight and the night manager had a huge smile and made us feel right at home. My friend left her cell phone in the taxi that brought us to the hotel, and he immediately got on the phone and had it returned to the hotel, to my friend's great relief. The hotel also served an incredible cooked-to-order breakfast in an elegant dining room every morning.
Cons: Nothing. I enjoyed every aspect of the hotel.

Pros: Attention to detail. They let me do later check out, and i got to have a dip in the pool before getting on a lig bus ride. It smells wonderful everywhere in the hotel... some kind of perfume but it was not obtrusive or annoying, it was like being transported to a relaxation station. Reminded me a bit of a hotel in Balil.
Cons: Nothing. It was fantastic. Like really.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Convenient parking, decent room sizes, air conditioning and extremely good staff.
Cons: Electronic equipment didn't work, tv was tiny.
7,5 Good
Pros: The room was very nice, spacious and clean. The hotel itself looks quite good. The staff was friendly. The location is convenient. We also needed a parking that was provided to us at no extra cost.
Cons: The WI-FI connection was very poor in the room (the speed was ok, but the signal was available just in one corner of the room). The breakfast was much below our expectations, although we liked the fruits. The swimming pool was not that clean (or at least did not look good) and was constantly in the shadow of the hotel buildings.
4,2 Okay
Pros: this place should be avoided at any cost. Something's wrong in the kitchen. Food got me sick. There is nothing to like about this place
Cons: Very unprofessional, very difficult to get around, steps all over the place, hard to walk around, too much to mention

Pros: The hotel is located in a very nice area, very close to the downtown area. Recent remodeling update hotel amenities. Staff all are always looking to help you. Price was good for the time of the year, a full breakfast was included. We are happy and certainly we will come back.
Cons: Hotel remodeling was taking place, and for a couple days it was noisy.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Even though this property was a ways off the beaten track, we found that going back and forth did not pose any problems. It is a funky little hotel and all the rooms were different. We had a room that over looked the pool and courtyard and the city so was nice to see what was going on. B & B is a misnomer as they do up a great brekkie but you pay for it. Good food.
Cons: Really not much except a very hard mattress and the shower was hot water on demand. We found that you wasted a lot of water to get it warm enough to shower.

4,2 Okay
Cons: Security reasons: when I checked out I left my bag in the reception and from desk put a sticker on it and stored it, when I came back (4 hours I left) and they look for it they found out that they have lost it (they put the bag in another customer car). I had a lot of value inside my bag and I had my documents to come back home and a flight to take. That’s not the worst part or why I think this place is not secure, as they realized they lost it they did not know how to proceed (the manager was there and the front desk staff, they were suppose to have cameras pointed where they store the bags and they were never able to access the software. They were very slow trying to figure what to do, after more than 3 hours trying to find my bag,I told to start calling all the customer that checkout that day. After making a lot of calls and a lot of stress they find out that the the bag was put it in the trunk of another costumer car. I know that this things can happen and it was maybe a human error but they should have simple security procedures, if they were able to look inside the security cameras recordings everything would have been different (but they never where able, I think the cameras doesn’t even work), that’s why I don’t recommend in staying in La Morada. You cannot risk your self in place without basic security procedures.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location and very friendly, helpful staff.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great location
Cons: There are many steps, specially to get to the room. Should take that into consideration
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful room with accomodations and snacks. I loved they had a mini fridge woth water and sodas, also your own coffee maker, it really helped make you feel comfortable. There was no air conditioner but they provides 4 fans thats helped alot
Cons: I would have loved air conditioner at this time of year was very warm in the room
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The location was a 10! The cleanliness and room were spectacular! But the staff were super nice and so helpful, that they made my stay even better.
Cons: The only complaint was the day beds, they were very uncomfortable and hard, we had to switch every night to have a comfortable nights sleep.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place, attentive staff
Cons: Driver did not show up for airport pickup. I had to wait 1h but hotel did arrange for another driver and did not charge me for transfer
7,5 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Bed & pillows were hard. Issues with hot water. Private pool more like a jacuzzi.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is wonderful! We ended eating there every morning.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: Please read my other review for The Belmond Casa Sierra de Nevada. Do Not Stay Here!!!!
Cons: The took advantage of my vulnerability as a single traveler. Although I had prepaid for my stay, they charged me an additional $1,000.00 Again, details are in my other review on this page.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Staff was great. Hotel was just beautiful. Very historic and tastefully updated.
Cons: The hotel is broken up into separate buildings that although they are walking distance from each other, it would have ben nice to have the pool closer to our room.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: We had a beautiful room (487) with a big patio and spacious bathroom.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Our room was beautiful. The staff very nice. The staff brought us a bottle of wine for our anniversary. They arranged a driver for us as well as a tour guide. They tried very hard to see that we were comfortable
Cons: Our room was terrific. However, our friends stay in a room right next to the door to the street. Their window was on the street. Every time someone came or went from the building the door would slam. Every truck, motorcycle and car that drove by seemed like it was driving through their room. The street is only 2 feet away from window. You don't open the window or all the noise and exhaust would be in your room. A very dark, airless room. The kicker of this room is that they paid the same amount as we did for a far less superior room. They are ones that don't complain but I know they were upset. Beware which room they put you in you want an interior courtyard room .
10,0 Excellent
Cons: Nice gem in the heart of San Miguel. Checkin was very easy and pleasant. Efficient bellmen takes all your luggage to your room. My wife noticed s star smell in our room and the concierge immediately investigated s room change. This was done after we had unpacked a little and left the property for a few hours. We unfortunately were not able to use the lovely pool area. Belmond is great! I’ll be back.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel!! Great staff willing to help in every way. Very good restaurant!! Walking distance from city center
Cons: I liked everything
9,6 Excellent
Pros: A lovely experience! Outdoor breakfast by the pool was a marvelous way to start the day. The room was very comfortable and plenty spacious for two persons. The spa was perfection. We had an excellent tasting dinner one night, very romantic.
Cons: My only suggestion would be to have some sort of in-room coffee, such as a Nespresso machine.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: I liked that everything has the best design. Staff were kind and there was a free mini breakfast .
Cons: I had to pay almost 50% in hidden charges. It was outrageous. Plus they charged everything with out even asking several times and several weeks before my stay!! Nightmare!! I was going with a friend and we wanted to pay half half. And in the middle of the night like 4-5 am fireworks started cracking and it was impossible to sleep. If this is a thing in San Miguel they should invest in better windows or at least offer earplugs.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is beautifully chic. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. Location is perfect.
Cons: Charging for water in the room is unacceptable when you are staying in a $600+/ night hotel. The “breakfast included” is not really your typical “Mexican” breakfast. Once again, when staying at a $600+/ night hotel, you expect something better. Toast (not pan dulce, just toast), jam and butter.. and fruit, is not my idea of a breakfast I would desire when in Mexico. Also should really ask employees to keep the noise level down in the mornings. Every single sound can be heard inside the rooms (atleast ours, which was right above the lobby).
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely design, very quiet, super friendly and helpful staff, perfect location.
