Pros: Style and ambience

Pros: Pretty cool historical place. If you stay here - check the underground tonels (guide is included with your room price)

Cons: Breakfast - just bunch of fruits and a coffee. Anything else is extra. So "breakfast included" is a misstatement. Would love to have a table instead of the second huge queen bed, so i could work in a comfortable position.

Pros: Stunning decor. Beautifully decorated with antiques. Very historic. It is a hotel that is also a museum. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Cons: The food serve could be improved.

Pros: Very privileged location, besides having one of the most beautiful views of the city in the roof. There is also a museum inside the hotel, which has well-trained guide who are able to tour you through the history of the place in good level of detail. In addition to the guide, the reception staff is very courteous and respectful.

Cons: I recommend reviewing the breakfast included in the room rate which in my view is very weak. For a guest interested in tourism, a well-served breakfast is important, as leaving the hotel is possible to concentrate on knowing the points of interest.

Pros: Breakfast only included fruit and beverage. Most places include more. .

Cons: There were wonderful opportunities to dine on the rooftop or down in the tunnels but we didn't know about them until the night before leaving. I wish the staff had informed of us of them upon arrival.

Pros: Palacio San Agustin is a beautiful historic building with exquisitely furnished with antiques and paintings!It is located in the historic centre within walking distance of most sites. The room was elegantly furnished with a very comfortable bed. The hotel is spotlessly clean & beautifully maintained!

Cons: I would have liked a menu in English in the restaurant!

Pros: Eccellent room, spacious and comfy.

Cons: I tried to contact them by mail and on the phone to arrange the pick up transfer from the airport, but nobody answered.

Cons: Disappointed because I didn't get a room booked in adcance. But the new room offer from hotel, it is okay

Pros: Rooms were very comfortable and big. Staff was very nice and helpful at times of need. Food was always fresh and delicious although not a lot of variety to choose from. Hotel provides transportation anywhere in the city and driver is very familiar with the place.

Cons: Hallways are really hot in summer time. No A/C until you get to your room.

Pros: I really like the breakfast here, though it may not so mexico, but quite enough for me. It's buffet. The location is good, there are some restaurant in 10 minutes walking. Also, a Walmart and a H-E-B Caretera are nearby, really convenient for people to buy some daily use articles and food. Also, for it's close to the center of city, it need very short time to call the uber to anywhere. The bed and quilt are quite comfortable to me.

Cons: The light is bright enough on daytime due to the window. Yet the light from lamps is not enough for me to use the Notebook on the desk.

Pros: The hotel is offering a very opulent breakfast. All rooms are refirbished and they are modern and in good conditiones. The employees at the front desk are very helpful and friendly.

Cons: the room and bathroom were dirty, I didn't say anything as I was going to stay only one night. Front desk wasn't very helpful at check-in. No greeting upon arrival from ANYBODY - I wasn't expecting a red carpet treatment, but a "hello" could have helped my view regarding this hotel.

Pros: I liked the view of the city from both the room and the rooftop, the pool was very nice as well, I would stay there again in return visit.

Cons: The bed and pillow weren't very comfortable, the TV needs to be updated to a flat screen TV with cable.

Pros: Great location as it is near the Centro Historico. There are a lot of restaurants and pharmacies nearby. Very safe neighborhood. The room was nice and clean and the check-in process was really fast. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Cons: My a/c wasn’t working correctly but everything else was good

Pros: Excellent location and ultra modern amenities in the room, including climate, lighting and media controls (which were a little difficult to grasp at first). Staff was responsive and helpful. King bed was very good and there were sufficient pillows and extra blankets.

Cons: Parking . . . its a nominal 10 pesos with validation from hotel . . . just include cost in bill - Dont want to look for change or validation in the morning.

Pros: The rooms weren’t big but were well laid out. Dorm like but with a modern flair. Spotless. Comfortable beds. Fridge in room. Breakfast was great. Lots of options to choose from. The security guy was very good at his job. Always walking around parking lot. All vehicles were looked after. The staff was always smiling. Very helpful.

Pros: This is a solid, serviceable hotel that met my requirements for my short stay in San Luis Potosí- its best feature is its excellent location just near the plaza de armas. The staff were also friendly and helpful, particularly the concierge fellow. Also, the attached restaurant does a good breakfast.

Cons: There was a problem with the lock on my door, and initially the lights in my room didn’t work, but these issues were quickly rectified.

Pros: Confortable basic room, I slept well there! Employees always tried to help me even if it was difficult for them to speak English.

Cons: The smell in the bathroom was really terrible... Noise before midnight.

Pros: It's very close to the city center and there are many restaurants around. The room was small but comfortable. The staff is friendly.

Cons: The hall where my room was always smelled like cigarette smoke. The place's supposed to be non-smoking. I don't know if it was a guest or an employee.

Cons: The app changed my reservation booking date... So there wasnt any and charged me anyway...
