Pros: Buena ubicación en el periférico. Nuevo edificio. Personal amable.
Cons: Estacionamiento pequeño.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Location is good, right on the main streets that leads you to the center. The taxis and public transportation is right in front of the hotel. There is a shopping center nearby & the movie theater. The breakfast was delicious! Freshly made juice & a great breakfast bar. The room was very clean. I liked that there were a washer and dryer on the premises (which we used a couple of times).
Cons: I would have loved to have a mini fridge in the room. The gym was way too small.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Very clean
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The cleanings of the hotel The customer service is the best
Cons: The TV to small Problems with the control
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We were impressed by the friendly, attentive staff, the clean spacious rooms and the central location to access our golf destinations. Any request for service or assistance was met with promptness and courtesy. Our group will definitely book here again next year.
Cons: Not a complaint with this hotel.

Pros: VERY CLEAN, & EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEAUTIFUL LOVED IT SO MUCH.
Good 7,9
Pros: Modern, quiet and spacious rooms, comfortable beds.
Cons: Low quality and poor breakfast
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Good location- nearby restaurants and shopping and casinos Good staff and good breakfast.
Cons: Trying to locate my room - needs better signage to the rooms! They had construction going on - acceptable. Bathroom lights aren’t separate from the wash sink lights.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Across the street from a major shopping mall, this property delivers all that it promises. At the crossroads of a busy intersection, most of the rooms face quiet and attractive inner courtyards. Although some of the rooms are a bit dark, t's a smart design for the area. Also, there are many chain restaurants in the vicinity as well as a multiplex cinema within easy walking distance of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is a good choice if you don't mind staying in one of Morelia's modern suburbs.
Cons: Although only a few dollars, it's quite a long cab ride from the hotel to Morelia's central historical district. If you are coming for the downtown action and charm, then this is probably not a good choice for you. Also, the complimentary morning breakfast was nothing to write home about. It was just okay. With so many other positives going for this hotel, surely they could improve their breakfast a bit.
Good 6,7
Pros: very nice room but poor layout: desk located next to door and way too small, should be switched position with the luggage rack
Cons: Receptionist Giovanni showed a total lack of friendliness upon our check in, did not follow our recommendation on proximity of rooms and zero help His partners were much better and solved the problem
Excellent 8,0
Pros: No lift.
Cons: There is no lift.

Excellent 9,6
Pros: It's a lovely old building. The staff was extra super. The breakfast fine.
Cons: The odd uneven walkway to our room needs better lighting.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Breakfast was large and delicious--several choices. Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel was elegant and cosy, something of a boutique hotel. I liked the focus on art and literature.
Cons: I think a couple of comfortable chairs or sofas in downstairs area would be terrific for people who like to read and drink coffee. So having tables and chairs as only sitting options is something I would change.
Good 7,9
Pros: Nice location. Nice breakfast. Spacious organized space. Common areas pretty in an old lovely building. Good WiFi. Good lighting in bathroom.
Cons: Very functional, good for a short stay, but not as cozy/homey as some other places. The bathroom was nice but the water in the sink never got warm. (It might in the shower, not sure, I only used the sink)
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Nice breakfast!
Good 7,5
Pros: Lo mas bueno era la Senorita Yazu Garcia en la Recepcion. The most helpful person was Yazu Garcia in Reception. Loved the yoga class in the mornings.
Cons: The hotel is beginning to show wear-and-tear. The towels were old, the walls of the hotel room need painting, etc. Had to run the water for a long time to get hot water. The thing that really irritated me was that, after staying for 6 nights, I asked to stay two more nights at the same price. The hotel was virtually empty most of the time I was there but they refused to honor the same rate. I went online to Booking.com and the rate online was even lower than the one I was asking them to honor. I guess they don't care if they have business or not.

Pros: The hotel is good, with good enough staff (some great some not very helpful). Nothing exceptional to remember but it is good if you need to be in this area of Morelia.
Cons: It is the an hotel that could be anywhere in the world
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Breakfast was rich and fresh. Room was comfy.
Cons: I missed English speaking personnel
Good 7,0
Pros: Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room
Cons: The AC did not work properly and we couldnt open the windows because of the party noise outside
Good 6,3
Pros: Convenient and worth the discounted price we paid. The beds were comfortable.
Cons: Air conditioners didn't work and couldn't find second to on our reservation when we initially checked in. Cleanliness could be improved.
Okay 4,6
Pros: Clean
Good 6,0
Pros: Location
Cons: Room was too dark. The lighting is horrible. The shower has very modern glass enclosure but it does not seal correctly so the water leaks out of the shower to the bathroom. Also the small stuff in the lavatory was ridiculous. The Kleenex was a pocket size Kleenex pack.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The quietness and the style of the room
Cons: It was cleared up and we were offered to use another pool, but the posting said there was a pool. This hotel does not have fun, as an FYI
Excellent 9,6
Pros: I love staying here! It had been a couple of years since I had been back, but I'm happy to report the hotel is as good as ever.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everyday at this hotel: - change bed sheets. - clean the restroom. - vacuum the room. -every staff member is professional and always happy to provide a service. Over all, the hotel is clean and quiet.

Okay 5,8
Cons: My bathing suit was stolen I requested to talk to the manager and he was never there. Made some phone calls after I left the hotel and left massages with the receptionist and he never call me back to fix the issue.
Okay 4,6
Cons: Hotel looked much nicer in the photos than in real life. Staff very unhelpful, they never mentioned the opening hours of the parking lot (on Sundays they open only till 10am) and charged us additional fee for opening a parking gate. Very poor breakfast.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Great Location...staff was friendly. Breakfast was satisfactory.....continental with coffee, adequate to get the day started.
Cons: We booked a junior suite, which included a small sitting room with a worn couch and a TV along with a basic kitchenette. Not sure that the junior suite was much better than a standard room.
Good 7,1
Pros: Big and clean apartment
Cons: Poor towels and bed sheets
Mediocre 3,0
Pros: I believe, this has been my worst hotel stay ever, having been to some 50 hotels around the world. I'm just not quite sure whether it is due to bad luck, incompetence or is really this place so bad... It could be bad luck - there was a strong storm which can explain stink from pipes, there was only one cockroach, card problems happen etc. But it didn't seem that way and my belief that this place should not exist as the owner does not know what he is doing... Still, there were a couple of positives: - two guys from the staff were friendly and English speaking ( but only present on arrival) - the place has potential, is well located and most of the issues could be solved without too much effort ( e.g. improve WiFi, close off the patio by the room etc)
Cons: - stink from sewers - cockroach - light and noise at night - lack of privacy - breakfast included was a joke - coffee & fruit - WiFi working only in half of the apartment - dirt, mildew, old equipment - unpleasant lighting( no small lamps) - different apartment than on photos - problems paying with card - parking lot 400m away
Excellent 8,3
Pros: The sizes of the rooms and bathroom were large, the cleanliness was excellent, there was abundant hot water, and the location were great. The breakfast was minimal, but OK in a pinch. Extra food items can be ordered a la carte. We would have returned since we need a good hotel in Morelia for repeat visits, except for TWO VERY IMPORTANT problems. The internet in the rooms was very sketchy and in part of the suite non-existent. This could be considered minor or major according to your needs. See below for descriptions of the bigger issues.
Cons: OK, now for the important problems: 1) We arrived and checked in a little early and asked if my credit card had been charged. The receptionist said NO, which is what I had understood on my reservation, that we would be charged by the hotel on arrival. We paid in full with another card, but then as I checked my email, I saw alerts from my credit card company that someone had tried to charge on my card, but they rejected it. When asking the receptionist I discovered that indeed that had tried to charge my CARD about 2 hours BEFORE we arrived but she SAID nothing! It put me through some hoops to make sure that my card did not get locked!! BEWARE of this nefarious practice of this hotel!! 2) The second problem came up as we left. Here is what the victim of this theft, my travel partner, has to say about it: "I truly wish that I could highly recommend this hotel because it has large, clean rooms, a good breakfast for a small extra sum, and everyone appeared to be most kind and accommodating. Unfortunately, the day after I checked out of the hotel with my friend, I discovered that two of my rings were missing from my briefcase, which had been in our room the entire time of our stay, except for the day of departure when the briefcase sat at the reception desk being cared for during about 4 hours before we could depart. The rings were hidden inside two interior pouches. I immediately contacted the manager, Darío, and although he was helpful in attempting to uncover the whereabouts of my possessions, his investigation yielded no results, although he did comment that this sort of thing hadn't happened "in a long time". So, if you decide to stay here, I highly recommend that you put anything valuable in the room's safe."

Pros: The staff was so nice! They were really understanding on our checkout needs. The room was really clean and nice. The noise was inexistent, i loved that! Liked a lot that they had a parking lot. The building was really nice. I really comfortable bed.
Cons: The miscommunication that exists between booking and the venues. The hot water was not clear how to use it in the bathroom, we spent like 30 min trying to get some hot water. Not just in this hotel but the car rental was a total failure. (by booking.com) We got to the hotel and they didn't know we booked through booking.com. They had to see our app to know how much to charge.

Pros: Being so close to down town

Pros: It is a clean, modern, spiffy hotel. The room was very large and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was fabulous! Many dishes in a steam table, fresh fruit, a cook to make omelets and hotcakes per order. A fellow played pleasant guitar. The staff were accommodating. Across from the Bosque park. Great location!
Cons: They didn't mention the breakfast included with the room. Fortunately I knew about it and went without the required ticket. When presented with a bill for the meal I showed my room key card and the wait staff went to the desk and got a ticket for me. Only one person speaks English but other staff made a good effort and between us we managed.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Friendly staff! Great service!
Cons: The chilaquiles are more like chips with sauce.

Pros: Coffee was real good - bathrooms real clean
Cons: Sound issues - place echoes like a tunnel Loud guests early in the morning Hard mattress - very uncomfortable
Good 6,3
Pros: Nothing really was outstanding
Cons: Bathroom size very small. Lots of noise from outside. Shower controls were behind the shower. Bed wasnt comfty, but rather hard.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: It was a good surprise.
Mediocre 3,8
Pros: There was nothing to like about the hotel but it was the negative response to a valid request to refund at least the last day of a 3 day booking that was an issue. I had a serious knee i jury and found it just too difficult to climb the narrow 3 flights and negotiate a tiny room and bathroom. Would not recommend staying here at all.
Cons: The bathroom - could not close the door while using the toilet. Terrible shower. The location was further from the center than expected.
Excellent 9,2

Pros: The location was great, and the hotel was just as beautiful as pictured. Staff was great, rooms were nice and spacious, quite clean and had all the toiletries needed. Pros: The bed is comfortable
Cons: There is a permanent noise of electrical transmission, such as that of a capacitor, which does not rest at night.
Good 7,7
Pros: Location Pretty building Comfortable (firm) bed Very good price for the location
Cons: Noise from hallway is as if it were inside the room Tiny room no window or exhaust fan Old toilet with problem Happy we brought our own electric throw to supplement blankets
Good 6,3
Pros: The cost and location.
Cons: white bread for toast, cereal and instant coffee for breakfast. Echo-ey loud sound in the hotel reception. Had to ask for everything at front desk--towel, extra blanket, and for a room with a window. Rebecca was very helpful, others less so.
Good 6,7
Pros: Location
Cons: Ants Shower was incredibly tiny Sink was in the bedroom
Mediocre 3,0
Pros: Located in the historic center of town, close to many museums, the cathedral, restaurants and cafes.
Cons: Looked okay and interestingly historical online (and supposedly I chose a room with a balcony when I booked), but we wound up in Harry Potter’s cupboard under the stairs. Tiny, grim-looking room with terrible lighting, no lamps, and no windows to the outside. (We didn’t need it on this visit, but no A/C.) Definitely no balcony. Windows opened on the hall and make it feel very un-private. We had to ask at the front desk for towels. Bathroom smelled like mildew and old drains, and toilet leaked around the base. No shower curtain or enclosure for the water so the whole bathroom winds up wet. Giving two stars for relative cleanliness and proximity to downtown, but you can do a lot better for the same price elsewhere, and a LOT better for ten or fifteen bucks more.
Good 6,7
Pros: The historic building it is in. The proximity to the historic district.
Cons: The bed was hard. No ac. The breakfast was very meager.
Good 7,1
Pros: Very clean and neat! The staff is also very friendly and helpful. It is very, very cheap compared to other hotels in the area.
Cons: It’s noisy! But that’s almost foreseeable when you see they felt the need to put up a sign at the desk that says the lobby is a quiet zone. But we were out from early to late so it was a minimal inconvenience in spite of the fact one chatty guest with a booming voice talked at the top of his lungs early and late.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: A little problem the first night (I think booking.com’s fault) which the two ladies at reception sorted out. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable, beautiful room overlooking the plaza. Nice sheets and towels. Nice bathroom. Location was fantastic as only a few blocks away from the Cathedral but Plaza Carmen itself is so peaceful and pretty. Breakfast adequate and is open for quite a few hours. I only meant to spend 2 days in Morelia but landed up staying 4 as I was so content and comfortable with my room and Morelia. I would have stayed a 5th night but they were full. The hotel itself is quite an old building and the owners obviously take care to look after it. Signs up to say quiet after a certain time and it was quiet at night. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Okay 5,4
Pros: Good location, short walking distance to city centre
Cons: Room is very small and conversations in the lobby area can be heard in the room all day and night. It was not possible to sleep without earplugs. Breakfast is appalling and includes Nescafe and bread but no butter, jam or anything else to have with it.

Pros: The staff are very friendly as helpful. The location is very good. It is quiet at night.
Cons: The room smelt very bad and there was no air in there. I could not breathe and had to leave after one night. There are blue flashing lights on the balcony it was like having a police car outside the room. I had to sleep with a mask on. The breakfast was terrible. Just toast and cereal, we did not want to eat that.
