Cons:
Hertz not only did not have the van we had reserved, they had NO CARS available. The staff was of no help and left us stranded to find taxis for 7 of us with all our luggage. It is clear that they don't honor reservations. This is not unique to Hertz. Sites need to stop offering car rental reservations for Mexico since there is zero guarantee that you will get what you've reserved.2,0 Poor
