What a nightmare. In a city I don't know, no car aPros:I made a reservation, had a price for the days I needed a car. We get off the plane, go to the budget boot to find out my reservation is no good, instead the guy with a bad attitude tells me, I have to pay three times more the price at the reservation, what a great experience....Cons:I called budget, all they tell me is, ( I'm sorry there is nothing we can do, call this #, or this department, maybe they can help you). Meanwhile I'm with my wife and children stranded in a place I don't know.Reviewed Jan 14 2017

a disaster experiencePros:nothingCons:1. Wait for two hours in order to get a car a) did not find the reservation b) with paper work provided he found the reservation but didn't have car reserved c. told us to wait and two hours later said that a junk, substandar car was only available, take it or live it 2. Car provided was the junk counter person (Jose Guadalupe Farfan) wanted 3. Car was not clean, out of gas, not stop or lights working Windshield cracked and dirty seats. 4. RipoffCons:Had a reservation and even called in to confirm rate and insurance coverage prices ahead of time but was given much higher rates at arrival. Asked for printed rates but it wasn't provided, feel like they just charge you as much as they can collect from you. Had no choice but to take a car at that point, then the car given was a older Nissan which was scratched all around, and front bumper was also damaged. Never again will I rent with them!Reviewed Nov 7 2016
