Pros (+) Fantastic breakfast wonderful snacks and drinks in the evening. Enjoyed the free parking, thanks for allowing a service dog.
Cons (-) Dirty dirty dirty patios. Warren stained and dirty carpets in our room , common area and elevator dirty.

Pros (+) Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Also rooms are impressive as are the amenities the hotel offers (included cocktail hour and excellent made-to-order breakfast included!)

Cons (-) - AC didn't work - was given a queen instead of king room - was charged the wrong rate (booking.com rate was $200/nt, theirs was $290) - front desk didn't care that the AC didn't work or that I was given the wrong room, instead told me to book through their site and not booking.com, had to spend 15m getting them to agree on the originally booked price
