Pros (+) It is a very nice boutique hotel. It is close (walking distance) to all the attractions in Old San Juan. Very friendly staff. Our room had a dining table, family room, hammoc, and a niece view to San Juan harbor. Perfect price for Old San Juan.
Cons (-) There is no parking like all the other hotels in Old San Juan (500 years old city). Some areas need to dust off more often than they do.

Pros (+) The best locaction and reasonable price. Welcoming and helpful staff. Charming old structure. Incredible to walk out the door and see the Capilla del Cristo right there.
Cons (-) Because of it old structure lots of stairs and ups and downs and delicate plumbing. But that's part of the charm! No staff at night but phone in case any problems arise.
