Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Many appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms, and several mentioned friendly and helpful staff. However, there were frequent complaints about inconsistent cleaning services and some negative experiences with noise at night. While some guests found the service excellent, others reported issues with staff attitude or communication. Overall, the location and comfort stood out as highlights, but cleanliness and noise could be improved.AI-generated from customer reviews
