Large room with very comfortable bed. Great breakfast! Staff are attentive and very helpful.
Nothing - As expected for the price.
Super easy to walk to the Main Street.
I missed a few basics like bedside light and water glasses. Fairly basic bathroom
Nice location and clean comfortable rooms. I thought the young woman working the front desk in the morning was especially friendly and helpful. I thought the building and the rooms were fun. I think it was an old mansion that got converted into a hotel. Safe area and I really have no complaints. Would stay again.
Good value for money, staff was friendly and breakfast in the garden was cozy. Would recommend it!
We arrived just a bit before 2pm and we were allowed to check in which was nice. Also the location of the hotel is pretty good. It's in walking distance of everything you'll need during your stay.
When we arrived there was no hot water in the shower, that got fixed but the next day although we had some hot water in the shower there was hardly any water coming out and at some point there was no water at all. The last morning the shower started off alright but again at some point hardly any water and it would turn cold at some point as well (note: I only took a shower for like 2 minutes). Breakfast was super basic, which wasn't really the problem but only native Spanish speaking guests got eggs for breakfast and we didn't get asked if we wanted any eggs, which we found very strange (I do speak a bit of Spanish so they could have just asked). There wasn't really a chance to ask for the eggs ourselves cause the staff was either not arround or on the phone busy doing other stuff, not even having the time to greet us or anything. We ended up with toast and fruit, yesterday there was no butter so it basically was just fruit. Maybe you can't really expect anything for this price but since other guests got served more food this is really what the complaint is about. The room itself wasn't very clean, there was a lot of dust behind the bed and night stands. They had a sign in the bathroom saying if you wouldn't put your towels on the floor they wouldn't be replaced (cause of the environment) which we think is a really good thing!! But then, they did replace the towels every day so why have the sign in the fist place?
