Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing key attractions. The staff were frequently described as friendly, helpful, and attentive, contributing positively to guests' experiences. Cleanliness was also highlighted, with many reviewers noting tidy and comfortable rooms. However, noise was a recurring issue, with several guests mentioning disturbances from street traffic, air conditioning units, and thin windows, which sometimes affected sleep quality. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some appreciating the variety and others finding it lacking. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location, service, and cleanliness, but improvements in soundproofing and breakfast options could enhance the stay.
