The front of the house staff was very accommodating and friendly The facility is lovely. Rooms were quiet but only opened to a courtyard. The food is good but the service was lacking. No one ever came round to see if we were satisfied with everything and no coffee refill was offered at breakfast Last but not least, what I found most problematic for a Hilton was the very uncomfortable bed!
Pros:Awesome location, right in the heart of San Jose. Walking distance to the major downtown sights, like the theatres, cathedrals, and markets. The restaurant is great, and the lobby is well kept.
Cons:Rooms are run down, and not in the best condition. We had to change rooms because of bugs in the first. AC would have been nice.
Pros:Ok so the staff is so nice but room 414 had little to no water pressure and trickle of hot water...... I asked the front to change rooms but because they were full no possible.... So sucked it up and took Luke warm shower for two days.... Manager said he would comp a dinner at hotel eatery .... Didn't happen and no one seemed to know how it would work. Bed was comfortable location is great for San Jose . My best advice to anyone staying in Costa Rica is get out of San Jose and see the countryside unless u want to be in New York meets Tijuana
Cons:Staff is super nice Breakfast is great Bed was comfortable Location is superb although good luck finding the entrance of you drive in from airport alow 2 hrs for 10km No kidding Traffic is something out of a comic book u will understand if you see it first hand Costa Ricans in general are so nice honest and hard working people enjoy

Pros:Save your money and spend it somewhere else it smelled bad the people were rude we paid extra for upgrade the AC did not work breakfast was late the shuttle to airport was late. It was supposed to be free but cost 30.00 I'm trying to find something good to say about it Sorry I can't .
Pros:Location location location! Couldn't have been in a better location. So close to all the tourist spots and good restaurants. San Jose is surprisingly a great city to explore on foot. It certainly has its gems. The staff at the hotel was AMAZING and super friendly and helpful. The included breakfast on the top floor was certainly a treat each morning.
