Pros (+) Location was alright.
Cons (-) They promised us they would let us check in late when we had to catch a late flight, when we got there there was nobody to be seen. We were left stranded at 1am with nowhere to sleep. Once we were able to check in the next day the towels and pillow covers had stains, the toilet had not been cleaned properly, the walls were paper thin and the shower had no pressure. Pros (+) The place has a great location, near most places we wanted to visit. The room was and smelled clean and beds were comfortable. We only stayed one night in San Francisco, we got there at 10pm and checked out around 10am next morning.
Cons (-) Shower not working properly, we had to work around it to make it work. Overall bathroom didn't looked as clean as the rest of the room. Our room was very close to the road so it was very noisy...
