We were looking for a unique hotel in a great location at a good price. Hotel Zoe delivered. The place is a modern minimalist style with pleasant service. Room was clean and the bed was wonderful. A little tight on space for 2 people around the bed, but the bathroom was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back again when visiting San Francisco but will book a larger room.

They nickel and dimed us for everything. We wanted to get ice but the ice machine is on the second floor and our key would not allow us access to that floor. They charged us an amenities fee for two waters that was $41. And $55 dollars for parking when street parking is free.

Cons (-) Beds could have been more comfortable and I didn’t appreciate the extra daily charge and parking per day.

Pros (+) Great location, the bar and lobby area are excellent for relaxing. Free coffee was good in the mornings and refreshing water available in lobby when coming back from walking around Fishermen’s Wharf. Staff was helpful

Pros (+) Great location! Close to everything...walking distance to most things. Staff was top notch from reception to concierge!
Cons (-) Missed having a little coffee shop for a quick breakfast & coffee...although coffee was free in the lobby daily. Snall room.

Pros (+) Hotel Zoe was great! Very cute boutique hotel atmosphere. The outside patio with fire pits was so cozy and inviting! The room was a good size and very comfortable. Didn't get a chance to try the restaurant but hope to next time.

Pros (+) We loved the friendly staff and how close to everything this hotel was. We were in walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The hotel room was beautiful too, newly renovated and very nice!
Cons (-) All of the addtional fees for parking and "resort fees". Granted we got a deal on the cost of the room, so we're not complaining too much but the actual cost of the rooms are very expensive and then to add over $150 of addtional fees when checking out is a little crazy. But, overall, we would be willing to stay here in the future, if we make it to the west coast again.
