Pros (+) Location, check-in process, quaint atmosphere
Cons (-) There is literally zero soundproofing, so it can get very loud, especially if your room is facing the street.

Pros (+) Good hotel, old but well maintained, very considerate staff.
Cons (-) There is no elevator and you have to climb 2 flights of stairs just to get from the street to the lobby -- not easy if you have heavy luggage. I got there around 8 in the evening and there was no one who could help with the luggage. The ads for this place should more clearly indicate these limitations.
