Pros (+) location was about it
Cons (-) Very dated space. Not very clean. Online pics were misleading. Very loud, lot's of partying 20-somethings and slamming doors at all hours. Much better options in the area for the price-point

Pros (+) Restaurant had an excellent view of SD. Bar was excellent and bartender wasn’t slippin on the bottomless mimosas. Location was a good walking distance to Waterfront Park. Pool/spa was a cute size to hangout out.
Cons (-) Water pressure in the shower wasn’t the greatest. Sink drained very slowly.

Pros (+) The location of this hotel is amazing, just a short walk from Little Italy. The room and bathroom were a great size. It was great to have both a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The balcony was a plus! Parking was only $25 and they allowed you to keep your car there until 1pm after check out. It Was great since it gave us time to explore the neighborhood.
Cons (-) Our room would get a bit warm at times. I am not sure if it was due to having older AC. The hotel is small and there would be long waits for the elevator at time.

Pros (+) The hotel is within walking distance to the bay. The front desk and valet staff were very friendly and accommodating. The Glass Door restaurant had great food and the view from the outdoor seating was beautiful!

Pros (+) Really liked location. Near some good restaurants in Little Italy.
Cons (-) Pics make the hotel look a lot nicer than it is. Rooms are small, towels are like motel 6 towels but overall a good value.

Pros (+) The location was nice.
Cons (-) Its basically a converted motel, the rooms are small and the AC doesn't work. I tried multiple rooms blasting the little units at 62 degrees and it still about 80 degrees in the room late into the night. I barely slept.
