The bed was comfortable.
BEWARE- PARKING COSTS 30 DOLLARS. I have to say our experience was disappointing. We arrived late at 11 pm, keen to check in only to be greeted by staff who where not able to log into the computer. 20 minutes later we were still being ignored and unable to check in. Then when we were finally given the paperwork we were told it cost 30 dollars to park the car. I have never in my life paid so much on parking. It left us feeling taken advantage of. I have gone back and looked at your website. It is not clear that the parking is a valet service. You may wish to review this to avoid alianating your customers. Our bed had only one blanket on and in February it is cold. We were surprised there were no extra blankets available in the room. I would not recommend your hotel on the basis of our experience.
Located in Little Italy and endless amounts of restaurants. Free shuttle to/from airport if you call them too.
Thin walls. Was woken up at 3am by the front desk on our first night due to a noise complaint... both of our rooms has been asleep for hours. Should have just sent security out to see where the noise was coming from instead of waking up guests.
The Location and it's beautiful
The room wasn't as clean. It was okay, it wasn't awful, We didn't have a shower curtain.
There was poor communication between front staff and house keeping. I reached out three times to get my room cleaned. Two of the three were actual visits to the front desk. And no success.
