Pros (+) They had decent cable! It was also pretty clean for what it was.
Cons (-) Room had definitely seen some hard use. Had a bad smell (smoke). The fire alarm had been covered by a plastic bag and I had to remove that. Fan wouldn't stay on. Towels and washcloths very used. No chair to sit on. light bulbs out.
