Pros (+) Great location in Little Italy, easy to walk to any “to go” place in San Diego. They offer parking (at $30 p/night) which can be handy in this area as parking can be hard to find.
Cons (-) Room cleaning could have been better. Also be aware that due to the hotel location you will get a lot of noise from the outside during the weekend, Little Italy at night is party central.

Pros (+) Location, location, location! Situated in the heart of Little Italy, easy walk to many restaurants and sights. 10 minute walk to downtown.
Cons (-) Small room. Housekeeping was still cleaning my room when I checked in and reception gave me my room card.

Pros (+) The location was great! Everything in Little Italy was walkable. Wanna go further? The trolley transit system was about two blocks away. Also, they have an underground garage structure available at $20 per night. The garage was fully protected so there's no worry about your vehicle.
Cons (-) My 8 month old son decided to poop in our bed around midnight while I was trying to change his diaper (dark lighting and half asleep). We stripped the sheets off, and then found out that the hotel didn't have any spare bedsheets because laundry didn't come back from the cleaner until Tuesday... It was Monday night. So, don't change diapers in the bed at midnight...?
