Pros (+) We felt welcomed from the second we stepped in. The staff was great. They were friendly, informed us of the hot breakfast and other services. They even asked if I’d like a water bowl ( which I had forgotten) for my pup and made pet friendly dinner suggestions. The hotel room was clean and spacious. Pros (+) What I like about this hotel was the clean room. The room felt like a home. The staff was wonderful and attentive. Nice woman gave me insights on San Diego. Nice to have a indoor gym and laundry area that allow 24-hr access. And free WiFi and breakfast is a plus.
Cons (-) My room was situated next to a elevator room where I made irritating noises when people would use it. Sometimes I would wake up to those sounds. Sometimes, there would be warm but not hot water for showers.
