Clean and nice place. I really liked that they included ear buds, didn't use them but it's nice they thought ahead because the room was right next to a main street and the street traffic woke me up a few times.
Nice new place!
Funky rooms, very cool lounge. Free breakfast! Free fancy water cooler and coffee cart for guests in the lobby. Nice area to visit downtown.
Left Much To Be Desired
It was centrally located
The room was old, smelled weird, horrible wi-fi that kept kicking us off, mini fridge upon request?! Overall felt the price did not match the quality of room we received. Would NEVER stay here again or recommend to anyone!
My girlfriend and I enjoyed this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodated our stay. The valet personnel was also great. Definitely recommend staying here.
There really isn't much to complain about for this hotel. The only thing was that the hallway smelled like residual cigarette smoke, but the rooms themselves did not smell like smoke, which was great.
Perfect location, walking distance to gas lamp district and mall across the street. Quiet and comfortable. Good price. Free wifi.
No fridge. Expensive valet. No breakfast.
Close to venue, great people in all areas of the hotel. Loved the bath soap.
Very loud, not that close to Gaslamp, scary neighb
Friendly, good price.
Noisy, sketchy area, long walk from 5th ave bars, outdated.
I liked the proximity to the Gas Lamp district which is where all the bars and eateries are. I also liked it's proximity to the harbor within a ten to fifteen minuet walk.
I feel there really isn't any reason to complain
