Pros (+) When I first checked in, Juan the front desk customer service was excellent.
Cons (-) I stayed there for 3 nights. When I checked in, the gentlemen name Juan was very nice and good customer service. About the room, bathroom sink was cloth. I called someone in the morning to fix it. On my second day, I got up to use the bathroom, there was no water. Very very disappointed. When I call, they said that there is a leak that is why we don't have water for another hour or so. It will be ...

Pros (+) The location was good. I was centrally located to all of my planned activities.
Cons (-) Housekeeping was awful. We arrived on Friday afternoon. On Saturday our room was not cleaned at all. When we went to the front desk we were told that our room was listed as Do-Not-Disturb. We informed them that this was not the case. The front desk had clean towels, coffee etc.. delivered to our room. On Sunday housekeeping finally showed up after 5pm.
