Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many enjoying the proximity to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Cleanliness and comfort received mixed feedback; while some found the rooms and beds clean and comfortable, others noted issues with cleanliness and outdated furniture. Service was generally neutral, with some staff members described as helpful and friendly, but others as unfriendly or unhelpful. Value for price was a concern for several guests, particularly regarding unexpected parking fees and lack of breakfast. Overall, the location stands out as the hotel's strongest feature.
