Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to attractions like Six Flags and ease of access. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, stained linens and furniture, and unpleasant odors. Service was also a concern for several guests, with reports of unhelpful management, delayed check-in, double charges, and unresolved complaints. While a few guests mentioned friendly staff and good breakfast, the overall sentiment was mixed due to recurring problems with cleanliness and service.
