Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. The pool area was frequently mentioned as a highlight, being clean and inviting for families. However, cleanliness issues in rooms and bathrooms were a common complaint, with several guests noting dirt, mold, and maintenance problems. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some appreciating the options and others finding it unimpressive or lacking variety. Service was generally described as neutral, with some positive interactions but also reports of unhelpful or rude staff. Overall, the hotel offers good value for its location and pool, but improvements in cleanliness and breakfast quality are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
