Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Omiya station and transport links, making it convenient for both business and leisure. Many guests highlighted the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the overall cleanliness of the hotel and rooms. The breakfast buffet and amenities were also appreciated by several reviewers. However, some guests felt that the hotel was expensive for what was offered, and a few mentioned issues with outdated facilities or WiFi. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, with most guests satisfied with their stay.
