The beach and the staff. Even in the event that we didn't get our room the first night, the staff's were very helpful and professional. Love that the beach was just walking distance from property.
I pre-paid for my room for 3 nights and when I came to check in, there was no rooms left for me. My room was having "maintenance" done and was placed at a different hotel for 1 night which was an inconvenience because my family and I couldn't get settled in. After traveling all day and to come check in only to find out we didn't have a room, I was disappointed because I had pre-paid for my room in advance to ensure that we did have a room reserved for us.

The reservation was not what we requested
It was clean and the staff was friendly.
I added the fees upon arrival. I thought the bill was paid in full,

While there’s a beautiful stretch of white sandy beaches to enjoy, the hotel also features three outdoor pools, three full-service restaurants, beach bars, and s small game room for kids. The hotel also features a large conference center and pavilion for business events and weddings.
