Never was offer breakfast.
It was ok it is breakfast it is kinda hard to mess that up.
I'm a large woman not everyone is but I like my bathroom and vanity in the same room.
Service at breakfast rum runner rest was not good. Waitress was not attentive and rude. Breakfast came wrong and she had no desire to correct plus kept putting ticket on table to make us leave. Place was not full for that.
Room was not clean when we got there. Other peoples clothing was there still and with Covid 19 that is not acceptable. We complained and had to wait until the next day after 3 times going to office to ask for it. The only ones that were nice to us were the cleaning ladies that came after last complaint. I was told i was gonna be given a discount and they did.
The hotel is in a beautiful location on the beach and the outer landscaping is gorgeous. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping were all very kind.
LONG, long check-in times.
Wouldnt visit this hotel even if it was free. The grounds smell like urine. They could use better cleaning measures especially during the time of a pandemic. Someone vomited in elevator & I notified someone when I seen it. 2 hours later never cleaned.
The hotel had a 1 hour wait to check-in. There was no housekeeping due to COVID-19. You have to place your trash and dirty linens outside of the room and it will sit there for an entire day before getting cleaned. The hotel rooms smell like mold/mildew.
