First the booking was not with Sirata Beach Resort. Because that is now owned by Hilton you can only book Sirata through their site. This booking placed us in St. Pete Shores which is right beside Sirata. St Pete Shores does not have the updates in the rooms, but you can use the facilities of Sirata. The room was is really bad shape. The bathroom sink was severely cracked and old. No very inviting to brush your teeth. The showers was also bad, mold and mildew on the tiles, shower mat peeling off, when walking the room after the shower the bottom of your feet are dirtier than before you showered. Pros (+) Still under rennovation, naybe when it is done...? Although it looks that what is already rennovated looks still cheap quality. Don’t think I will stay there again. The staff is super nice and location is perfect!
