Pros (+) The location was great, close to everything you could want within walking distance. Staff and room was nice. Could definitely use updated mattresses. Fishing off the dock was great.
Cons (-) Mattress was very poor. Check in time was late, 4pm. Green feature of no turn down or room cleaning was odd.

Pros (+) The staff was very friendly. We had a room with a kitchen and a balcony, it was better than we had anticipated. Nice boutique hotel. We will stay here again.
Cons (-) Inconvenience of having to check in at the sister hotel down the street.
