8,3 Excellent
Pros: Good location being near the Botanical Gardens, with only a short stroll to find somewhere to eat. Room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: A little more space in the room would've been nice, but as we were only staying one night, not too much of a problem. Bathrobes were disappointing. Too small, and very scratchy, a little fabric conditioner would not have gone amiss!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Best location next to the peace and quiet of the park. Small and quaint building and great location for the train, tram network and a short wander into town.
Cons: Fridge in the room to keep water/milk, black tea supplied and being British a bath !
8,8 Excellent
Pros: A very good location, and undoubtedly a characterful and quirky place. Parking was very useful.
Cons: Breakfast convenient but more expensive than other hotels we have stayed in.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location great with good parking on site. Staff spoke excellent English and were helpful with recommending places to eat nearby. Room was fine, if a little small.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Super quirky room . Everything to a high standard & super clean. Location opposite the Botanic Garden & reserved car park space.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: A great quirky boutique hotel with very friendly and knowledgeable staff regarding restaurants and places to visit. Located opposite the lovely botanic gardens and a short walk through to the Chateau and city centre with all the restaurants, shops and bars. A few stops on the tram or a pleasant 30/40 min walk to the old docks and Elephant. Lovely city and easy to navigate your way around.
Cons: Make sure you book the parking in advance, we forgot but the staff still managed to squeeze us in
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast, lacation, nice owners
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely boutique hotel. The beds super comfortable. The staff super friendly.
Cons: Rooms are a bit on the small side.
7,9 Good
Pros: The hammam/spa was small but perfectly formed. The novelty of the converted church was absolutely perfect for a quirky, surprise gift for my wife who had no idea where I was taking her. That it’s right next to one of the best free attractions in Nantes - the Jardin des Plantes was brilliant as a walk through to get to the hotel.
Cons: Breakfast was pricey so we skipped it and tried to find somewhere nearby for a croissant and coffee. It’s such a pity that the nearest cafe is so poor when it could easily be excellent. We don’t watch TV but would expect that if there was one in the room that it would work. The signal was so weak the it was just chopped up pixels and occasional words. The air conditioner had a mind of its own and the remote for it didn’t work. I asked for recommendations of nearby restaurants and was handed a standard tourist map with 10 restaurants that I wasn’t impressed with.

Pros: Fantastic position. Really friendly, helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Comfortable good sized room, lovely bathroom and shower.
Cons: I have nothing negative to say
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Lovely room, with plenty of space and we'll appointed bathroom.
Cons: Getting to the hotel parking is a bit of a bind, Involving pedestrianised areas and automatic bollards. Read the hotel email for advice and codes. And then access via bollards in side road not main square as the intercom there is not working.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location, staff, comfort
Cons: Limited parking
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Really beautiful. The room was gracious and very nice.
Cons: I liked everything
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location. Personnel was super friendly! Many compliments to the bar lady Alexandra! She gave us fantastic tips and hints on how to organise our trip and what to do. Big thank you!
Cons: We booked two rooms, one double and one single use. Durng the stay we found that the room for single use was much more spaceous than the one for double use which was really very tight. For example no way to be in the bathroom with 2 for example and little room aside of the bed. It was disappointing that bathroom products were not replaced / filled: tissues were not refilled when empty and one small bittle of bodylotion for 2 for 3 nights is also somewhat limited... was not replaced.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect located in center of town, in the pedestrian zone and next to “the green line”. This is a great ‘art’ concept and great to discover the city...
Cons: The limited hotel parking was full but there is a public parking nearby.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel offered parking on site when there was space and this saved us money. The staff were terrific and assisted in all ways possible. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a full variety of food provided. Location was extremely central to the old town of Nantes
Cons: Nothing.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice staff at the reception desk. Very big and comfortable rooms.
Cons: Breakfast should be much better. Staff at breakfast was not nice. We were out of everything! They only put 5 glasses at a time for the juice and we were more than 20 people waiting for a glass
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Family suite was comfortable. Large rooms and well equipped. The coffee machine is a great bonus.
Cons: There was no parking at the hotel. It was difgicult to access with the car.

Cons: No complaints. Good deal. Solid hotel.

Pros: I was so very pleasantly surprised by how lovely the hotel and Nantes were! The staff, the room, the location all exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to go back!
Cons: I couldn't figure out how to turn the AC on the first night - but that's just first world problems, it worked perfectly fine!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice staff, interesting concept with breakfast AND aperitivo included in the room rate, parking in facilities, compact but stylish rooms
Cons: Parts of the room start to age and tv not working... not much of an issue, and 100% compensated by how nice is the staff
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The club facilities and free flow of drinks and snacks. Great breakfast and evening apéro. Staff were cheerful and welcoming. The mattress was top quality. Excellent Wi-Fi connection.
Cons: Housekeeping was late in cleaning rooms and check in was delayed. Room supplies such as bath liquid soap and facial tissues weren't replenished. Sheets and pillow cases werent ironed and had pillow cases had holes. Configuration of shower and wash basin is awkward.

7,5 Good
Pros: The location was perfect for us. As a family we were travelling across France. The hotel close to main motorway, secure parking and a range of food options around. This was a blissful stay for us after a seven hour car drive following a week in a tent!
Cons: Nothing really, there was a problem in the area that was affecting the gas so showers on arrival weren’t that warm. We spoke to reception who let us know what was going on. The problem was out of the control of the hotel but was resolved in the morning.

Cons: Rooms quite small. But we knew this and it was not an issue as were only there a couple of nights.
7,9 Good
Pros: Good
9,2 Excellent
Pros: It was a lovely hotel and just on the edge of the main part of the city. The staff were great, especially the receptionist we dealt with quite a bit. You can sit downstairs and have a drink and relax. Breakfast was good, but fairly basic. Our room was lovely but there was no chair to sit on.
Cons: The breakfast could have had a little more variety, but it was still lovely.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: the staff
5,8 Okay
Pros: Property is in a great location which I’d say is the main selling point. Decoration was modern. Room was a superior room, which was still cosy but had hair dryer and a decent shower.
Cons: There was no fridge in the room and was met by a no when we asked for ice. The shutter was broken closed on the window which made the room very dark, again the hotel staff were not interested in looking into it. Room was sold as superior with view. Double bed is two single beds pushed together. Separate toilet to shower but was unventilated and had no window. Staff were rude to my partner on a few occasions.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Good TV channels

9,2 Excellent

8,8 Excellent
Pros: very good value all round. breakfast was good value. staff exceptionally helpful. we stayed in a heat wave and were uncomfortable at night(surprised to see the hotel appearing as one with air-conditioning in booking.com website. excellent location for visiting sites and restaurants and also within walking distance of airport navette
Cons: see above for air conditioning
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location of this hotel was phenomenal. The staff (at least the gentlemen we had the pleasure of encountering) was remarkable. He made sure we had everything we needed, and even delivered our breakfast (which was quite good) with a flourish. The room was spacious and clean. We were on the fourth floor, and the property doesn't have elevators that we could see, so that might be a consideration for some, but we live on a third floor walk-up so it wasn't an issue for us. Another thing to note is there was no A/C, so if you are looking for a property with A/C in the summer, this one might not work for you. Again, this did not bother us, as we live in Germany and have no A/C in our apartment.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was plentiful, good value, nice variety and high quality. Manager was helpful and cordial.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Quiet place, excellent location. Staff extraordinary , friendly, professional. Breakfast really good.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: It's not an anonimous chainhotel but a cosy place, run decently by the very kind owner. It's coming home. That's how it feels.
Cons: maybe a fan or airco would come in hand but then again it doesn't stop us from coming back. It's payable and in the mid of the ambiance.
7,9 Good
Pros: Kind gospistality good breakfast and great location
Cons: Thereaee only stairs
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Everything! Everybody was extremely friendly, the room was clean and it was so quiet there at night and in the morning that I slept longer than ever in my life.
Cons: Nothing to mention here. Maybe I could wish they had AC. But for me it is not really important.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location is really great with only four stops from the train station on the tram and centrally located to restaurants and the walking tour.
Cons: I would have liked an elevator since we had to drag our suitcases up 3 floors. The staff did offer to help us.
7,9 Good
Pros: Friendly owner, breakfast was complete comparaired too quite some other French hotels
Cons: Parking only possible in nearby parkings.

Cons: There’s paid parking from 09.30h
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very "simple" hotel, but simply great. staff was really friendly, decoration was nice, bedroom is spacious. Breakfast extra-price is very fair for the service
Cons: Bathroom was really small, especially the "toilet" side (could not sit straight). Not in the city center, so you have to take public transport (10 min) or walk (20 min) to go to center.
2,7 Mediocre
Pros: not much
Cons: the walls must be paper thin, the couple next door where very active and it was impossible to sleep, i moved out after the 1st night. I have never stayed in a hotel room where i could hear the person in the other room breath.
7,3 Good
Pros: Staff speak English and are very friend and helpful. Room is clean. Location is not far from the city center.

Pros: The over experience was amazing. We couldn’t of wanted anything better for our break away in the city. Everything was perfect from the room, to the breakfast, to the spa. Just perfect
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Our suite was nice and spacious, everything new and clean. Nice toilettries :) Stuff very friendly and helpful. Large comfy bed. Supermarkets (and a shopping center) very nearby.
Cons: Location not ideal if you want to visit the city. We had a mishap with breakfast time - on the website it said it was untill 10.30, we arrived at just after 10 and it was over. The lady still allowed us to have food but was a bit rushed. Also felt it was a little overpriced.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Easy to drive to and park. Staff were exceptional, out of 3 weeks in various places they stood out as the most friendly and helpful. Great apartment, straight forward walk into old centre, or bus stop outside.
Cons: Nothing to dislike
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very big and in good condition. We had a small kitchenet which was very good. Close to the hotell, you have a mall and a store. Walking distance to the town
Cons: The cost for Parking is rather high and there is a strong smell in the Lobby.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: this place felt like an ibis. modern minimalist in common areas but bed was very comfy so not too bad. its a 15min fast walk to the cathedral. breakfast was continental plus agg and bacon or sausage. overall it was fine.
Cons: the district is a bit remote, felt like walking around an office district at weekend. beware all taxis, they cost a fortune. 40 euros each way to airport or 15 euros a short hope of 1.5 miles. not the hotels fault obviously.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the pond areas that are a short walk around the corner from the hotel with the fish and ducks in. Very pleasant to sit at after a long drive and the local supermarket is just outside of the hotel
Cons: The private car park has a height restriction.
7,9 Good
Pros: Clean, great shower, really helpful and friendly staff.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Cool Room! Nice new building with accessible parking place! Very clean breakfast room!
Cons: Breakfast was ultrabasic, cold scrambled eggs and bacon. Machine to boil eggs was not working and was not possible to get them in the kitchen.

Pros: Our car broke down on the way to Portugal and we had to stay at the hotel for a night. The staff was really supportive (especially David, who translated a lot for us) and the place was really nice and clean. Breakfast was also perfect, we recommend the orange juice!

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, comfy bed, room was small but cozy and had everything you need. Good breakfast.
Cons: Nothing
7,1 Good
Pros: location, clean, friendly staff, small children area
Cons: too tiny room (for a so called triple room), late check in (15.00), bad odour in the room upon arrival, international chain but breakfast is poorly adapted to vegetarian/muslim/jewish (they even put scrambled eggs in same container as smelly bacon), no locker in bathroom (this is a first time for us ! ), children area is nice but adults need to enter in to look after children... All this doesn't justify the high price
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great location, friendly helpful staff, nice bright decor - it’s not fancy but it’s great value for money and a good breakfast too.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The shutters on the room kept it dark in the morning. Good breakfast and late check out. All of which were much needed after enjoying Nantes’ nightlife.

6,7 Good
Pros: The breakfast was nice but I expected more choice and with the chickens running through the garden at least an egg.
Cons: Wifi broke down. The dinner I booked was lovely but 26 euro’s was too expensive.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The most beautiful building, astonishing rooms, and delicious breakfast. No restaurant, so we cycled into town, about a mile away, where we had dinner. Unfortunately, the TV was on in the restaurant and England lost to Croatia, but you cant blame them for that. This is the fourth time that I have stayed at this hotel, and I will be back for more next year.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Nice room, clean, very good breakfast, wide variety of breads, fruit and home made jam, freshly-squeezed orange juice, and friendly service.
Cons: Remote location and difficult to access at night in the winter rains. Photographs suggested there would be a nice lounge with a roaring fire as well as a comfortable sitting room with sofa chairs. In reality there was just a serving space for breakfast that was not heated or even lit at other times. Should provide kettle, tea and coffee in room at this price particularly as no beverage service.
6,3 Good
Pros: We were disappointed with the breakfast and the mattresses was very uncomfortable. The bed was not screwed to the headboard so to sit up in bed reading was a nightmare the bed moved 4 feet away!!
Cons: Mattress breakfast and surrounding area

Pros: Quirky boutique charm. Excellent location as city centre 20 min walk. Free and secure parking across the road in a inter-marche supermarket and manager explained that she had an agreement with the supermarket manager for guests to park there. Secure as locked from 8pm to 8am each day.
Cons: Curtain as a door for the ensuite so not for the sensitive.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The price and location. Excellent price for a stay within walking distance of the town centre.
Cons: Could have been updated a bit. The decor is slightly tired.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very clean hotel. Lovely owner, she was so helpful.
Cons: No door on bathroom, was just a curtain!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: It’s a convenient walk or short drive to the old city and the place is absolutely squeaky clean. It even came with owner’s pure breed cat who was interested in staying in our room overnight. A supermarket is right across the street for extra convenience.
Cons: Nothing though the dark parking lot across the street was a bit scary initially but realistically fine.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was very good.
7,9 Good
Pros: We didn't really experience that much the hotel and the room properly as we were there to prepare a wedding. However instead of this, it was really easy to check in even late in the evening + the room itself was comfortable and with enough space for all our luggage.
Cons: Maybe the location is not the best you could find if you are walking, but great choice if you have a car or a bike. Also the bathroom could have been better as not a lot of supplies. Breakfast had not been tried - no time.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The ground floor reception / breakfast room is very pretty and tasteful. We enjoyed the garden outside, unusual to have this amenity in the city centre. Both ladies who we met were lovely and helpful. It's an interesting walk into town (look up at the wooden sculptures above shops!) Also near the fabulous Jardin des Plantes. I would stay stay at Hotel Saint Yves again.
Cons: Our lovely triple attic room didn't have a door to the ensuite shower room, just a curtain, so there was limited privacy. Not many eating opportunities nearby.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff gave us great advices about food and the city !! Relly helpful ! The room had a very nice view on the garden . We had a nice coffee early in the morning for free, too ! Wonderful!!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful staff and relaxed clean hotel in central location. The cat was also a perfect host !
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Excellent location, great breakfast, quiet, comfortable and spacious room with great facilities and good air con, friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: mattress too soft and gave me back pain, wifi signal not particularly fast or strong especially in the room
10,0 Excellent
Cons: Lost of time and useless fatigue because we did not know thre is construction and we had to re locate GPS to find the place.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Excellent restaurant (La Loco) next door and really fun bar (Fluer du Malt) a block away with great beers from around France and further afield. Main city sights a very short walk away and easy to get tram to see the Elephant! A couple of minutes walk to the Station which was super convenient. Room was comfortable and clean and the staff friendly. Good value for money.
Cons: Flimsy room divider didn't really provide much privacy from the kids. Lift was OK but a little slow.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very closed to the train station and the Nantes Castle
Cons: Value for money as expected. Unpersonal but comfy.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This is the second time we have stayed here. Very convenient for the city centre and very comfortable. The air conditioning was much appreciated. Nice bathroom with bath and separate shower and lovely comfortable beds. Underground garage for the bikes.
Cons: Nothing
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Well equipped apartment. Small but functional kitchen and good sized room. The location is close to everything but not the best neighbourhood.
Cons: Good to have aircon as it would have been noisy with windows open.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Good location and room was clean. Staff great. Nantes is a great place to visit.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great location just by the train station and it's 24H car park. Was a bit concern as there were a couple of pubs on the street and it was a Saturday but didn't hear a noise. The reception team both on arrival and next morning were very friendly and helpful.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed being so central and being able to come back during the day and make a cup of tea or eat some locally purchased bread and cheese.
Cons: We weren't expecting to see a sex shop from our window. It wasn't a reflection of the neighbourhood.

A stay at Radisson Blu Hotel Nantes places you in the heart of Nantes, within a 15-minute walk of Passage Pommeraye and Nantes Cathedral. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, express check-out, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very trendy hotel. Nice room and good facilities. Very close to centre town.
Cons: The food in hotel was not good. Kids chips greasy. The salmon, ham and mushroom pizza was probably one of the worse pizzas I've ever eaten.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location in walking distance to the center of Nantes is perfect and the building is beautifully converted to a modern hotel. Very convenient parking directly opposite the hotel in underground car park.
Cons: We had booked a standard room for 2 nights but were told on arrival only standard rooms with bath were left (not even a hand held shower in the bath). The hotel was completed approx 6 years ago, it it beyond me not to have a shower in each bathroom in a hotel of that standard. Apparently they do not guarantee a standard bedroom with shower at the time of booking.
7,9 Good
Pros: Location Comfortable room
Cons: No amenities replacement on 2nd day: No toilet paper No tissues, no shampoo
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, beautiful building
Cons: 15euro to park the car...
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely great location and building full of character and even grandeur. Staff were absolutely lovely and the breakfast was terrific. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. The contemporary art also added a very unusual and fun touch.
Cons: Slight suggestion would be that you would normally expect a hotel of that quality to have a better leisure facility..but a minor quibble.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Striking entrance and great location. Parking opposite hotel. Very helpful reception staff and a solid breakfast offering. Despite a few issues still probably the best place to stay in Nantes.
Cons: Due to it being a converted building it has a few challenges. Top floor rooms have sky lights only and I was initially given an inward facing room which had a window onto the bar. The staff did move me however.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: this hotel converted from Nantes’ former Palais de Justices takes no prisoners when it comes to providing guests with a first rate friendly and efficient staff in a hotel that has been intelligently and expertly converted
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Comfy bed. Exceptional breakfast. Comfortable rooms with a modern touch.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Croissants were great. Very good breakfast. Very friendly staff

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Quality of the hotel and its facilities, right in the centre of town with secure underground parking. Great restaurant the Entrecote, directly opposite but only if you like steak. They don't sell anything else. Get there early because the queues are huge.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful and tolerant of my terrible French! Excellent location.
Cons: Bathroom a bit small but not a huge issue
7,5 Good
Pros: Clean and good location
Cons: I would have expected usb ports
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great, central location. Secure carpark in the building. Helpful, competent staff.
Cons: We took the low cost room which turned out to only have a window onto an internal light well.
6,3 Good
Cons: Internet connection not working. Toilet separated from bath (both very small).
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very good location near the main street in Nantes . a little back as to avoid noise. The rooms are quite big and nice layout The staff are very friendly
6,5 Good
Pros: Location in the city centre, nearby most public transportation and the airport shuttle
Cons: The hotel requests a deposit of 35 € per person per night for a prepaid room in bed and breakfast and an empty minibar (350 euros for 5 nights stay). When asking to get the printed policy to the hotel manager, he answered that it is an internal document and he can't share it. Such deposit is not stated on the website, neither in the welcoming e-mail sent a few days before the stay. Without any transparency (written policies) and any related service (no mini bar, difficult to steal pieces of furniture from the room), such behaviour is not acceptable and beyond any commercial practice. I will never go back to that hotel.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was clean, employees were very helpful. Good location.
Cons: Constructions of building next door cause noise in the morning and throughout of the day.
7,5 Good
Pros: Friendly fine for overnight stay
Cons: Not great coffee/tea facilities in room

Pros: Great staff hotel and location
Cons: Nithing

Pros: Daniel was a fantastic host, who really went out of his way to make us welcome, with a pot of tea on arrival. He even took us out into the nearby marshes to spot storks, before giving us a tour of the town and dropping us off at a restaurant he had kindly booked for us. He even collected us from the restaurant after the meal-top man! The accommodation was the top floor of a modern house- spotlessly clean, and the homemade breakfast in the morning was awesome. His very well trained dog Mack kept out of the house, and we would have loved to have adopted him. Highly recommended. One and all!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The way we were received. It was poring, the door was opened right away and we were shown our room. When we wanted to eat something our host gave us his phone for gps since ours didn’t work . It totally exceeded our expectation
Cons: Liked everything
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Daniel was a welcoming host, ready to help with anything and supplying welcome drinks and homemade cakes when needed. We were crossing the river with a party of fellow Tractionists so the position was perfect for the scheduled morning crossing.

Pros: Daniel was very helpful. The gites was clean and well presented. The breakfast was superb. We would have liked to stay longer. We will definitely recommend it In addition he had a lovely dog.

Pros: Loved the hotel and staff all lovely
Cons: The hotel was great but it was very hard to find then you could only walk along the river no restaurant in walking distance that where open ( Sunday evening ) after a long drive you need some food that you can sit and enjoy.
7,9 Good
Pros: Very good breakfast and helpful staff is securing an excellent local restaurant at short notice for dinner.
6,7 Good
Pros: Bed was comfy, bathroom and shower facilities well appointed with convenience of a separate toilet.
6,3 Good
Cons: Not very good cleaning in the room
6,3 Good
Pros: Really helpful staff
Cons: No air conditioning in the room which was very hot. Had to keep windows open which made it very noisy until gone 2am and we were subjected to midgies biting all night. Cobwebs in the room.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Located in a quiet, very pleasant, pastoral town. The hotel is cozy, small, very quiet and clean. Good and satisfying breakfast.
Cons: Outside downtown, but it didn't interest me. A little hard to find in a good restaurant in the area - but possible if you prepare in advance.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Staff couldn’t do enough for you. Location is beautiful near a river, a lovely walk. We arrived too late for dinner at the hotel but there are several restaurants in the area, a beautiful one right next door.
Cons: Needs a little more choice on the room service menu
7,1 Good
Pros: the location is situated near a lake, great to take a walk. The room and the bathroom were reasonably large and clean.
Cons: we came rather late and wanted to have a few drinks. The restaurant sent us away as we did not plan to eat though there were many empty tables and we were hotel guests. It was the only way to have drinks outside. In the lobby, the receptionist gave us warm beer (she had no fridge for drinks?) and tried to make tea with warm water (not hot). Both beer and tea were rather expensive. The choice at breakfast was limited. Fruit salad was offered in tiny portions and was offered rarely. Such a breakfast was disappointing for a 4 star hotel. A hornet was flying in the lobby, also close to me. People with allergy to bites would not love it. The receptionist found the hornet ok.
6,7 Good
Pros: The room was lovely , and the hotel was clean and stylish. The staff tried but were struggling on all levels and to provide the standard you would expect from a 4* hotel!
Cons: Best Western is an international hotel chain. Our stay did not reflect this and there was very poor service for check/in , room allocation , bar drinks and dinner. Overpriced food, drinks and undertrained staff. Disappointing .
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Located a 2 minute walk to the river, outskirts useful for onward journeys on the autoroutes rather than having to fight your way into the city centre.

3,8 Mediocre
Cons: There is no Front desk at the hotel (very weird arrival process) From the room, front desk was unreachabble using phone (9) Water bottle already opened in the fridge (btw, that does not make any cold). Room service offering was very poor, only one micro-waved plate was proposed Room was very small compare to other Mercure hotel rooms AC only works right on top of the bed, so thenight was quite incomfortable
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great location - and a lovely, well-appointed and good sized room. Plenty of space for a family of three.
Cons: It’s a shame that the breakfast is a fixed price buffet only - we only wanted coffee and croissants - so we weren’t prepared to pay €16 per head and had to go elsewhere.

Cons: Was perfect for one night stay.
7,9 Good
Pros: The lady on Reception was first class.
Cons: Even for a budget hotel so much mor could be done to better present the facility and the rooms. It’s all a bit tired looking.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel not sure about the location. But over all good
Cons: Location
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly and welcoming and the accommodation was comfortable, clean and pleasant. Very good buffet breakfast. There are a few restaurants across the street and also in a large mall further on within walking distance from the hotel. Ours was just a one night stay on our way to the Nantes airport the next morning but overall an excellent experience.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely comfortable room with everything we needed
Cons: We would have loved a vegan breakfast, usb sockets, English channels on the tv and glasses rather than plastic cups. Then it would be completely perfect
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Suited our needs.
5,5 Okay
Pros: Staff wasf fendly
Cons: I bumped my leg on corner of bed many times because of the shape bed or size of mat.
2,5 Mediocre
Pros: As for the hotel: far away from everything, looks modern outside, but lots of issues inside. Not comfortable bed sheets. Noisy and small rooms. Not enough bath amenities in the bathroom. Far from Nantes. The shopping mall nearby is closed on weekends. Very overpriced breakfast 11EUR for a coffee with croissant. Avoid this place if you don’t want to spoil your vacation with rude unprofessional hotel staff.
Cons: I have booked this bho hotel through booking.com and paid it in advance because our flight to Nantes was with very late arrival at 2:00 in the night and this hotel seemed to be not so far from the airport. But on arrival I was extorted to pay again for my room, what was already paid and confirmed by booking.com! The receptionist has tried to charge my card with new amounts and he mentioned for guarantee purposes and always said in bad English “I’m sorry, it’s the rule”. What rule? There’s no such rule either on booking.com or hotel’s website to charge guests double for already paid room! Otherwise, he didn’t allow me and my wife inside. The room price was 69 EUR, what was prepaid by me, he tried to charge additional 91EUR, after I have asked what for, he said: for room + two breakfast. But I have already paid 69EUR for the room without breakfast, because we didn’t need it. After I have asked many times to clarify this issue in the morning he mentioned: ok, you can sleep here in the lobby till morning and didn’t want to allow us to our paid room. We have discussed for more than 1 hour, trying to call his manager, trying to convince him somehow to get allowed to our paid room, because we had no other alternatives in the night. Then I agreed to pay a deposit of 50EUR (what for??) and once it was paid we were allowed at 4:00 am to our double-paid room in hope to clarify all issues in the morning. In the morning we have met a very unpleasant lady, who claimed she’s the manager and we hoped to receive a kind of apologies from her for her unprofessional night shift manager, but no! She blamed on us, that we wanted to get into our paid room without paying again, because they have such rules! She was so rude and impudent towards us. No excuses, no apologies for their behavior. She doesn’t know what is a client oriented hotel manager. Her receptionist has promised to return the money (50EUR) the same day and write me an email, but she lied: no emails, no money.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: That it was so close to shopping centre, cinema restaurants and tram stop
Cons: The air-conditioning didn’t work and the shower could do with a little bit of a clean The mastic in the shower had gone black
10,0 Excellent
Pros: the modern facilities great locatin near a mall and a tram to Nantes

Pros: Location, cleanliness, style, super breakfast!
7,9 Good
Pros: Great central location opposite chateau
Cons: The road to the hotel was closed due to roadworks. We had a nightmare trying to work out how to get there. You basically had to drive through a no entry sign. They should have contacted all guests in advance to advise them of this
8,0 Excellent
Pros: location
Cons: bad beds and plastic filled pillows, to small breakfast room, nice balcony but smokers on the left and right side balconies
5,0 Okay
Pros: Location close to the historic centre.
Cons: Roadworks on the street of the hotel. Almost impossible to reach by foot with luggage. There is no parking at the hotel.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Location and breakfast.
Cons: My room had a very bad smell. I complained to the receptionist but unfortunatelly she couldn't do much, I stayed only one night but that was more than enough.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great central location with secure parking available. Good breakfast to start the day. Friendly and helpful staff.
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Central location
Cons: They were not honest on booking site. We needed parking as I have arthritis and we needed air con so we chose it. Then when I called they said they didn’t have parking ( once I’d paid) but could walk. They said there were roadworks, see pics! The whole street is being pedestrianised so I can understand them trying to keep this from booking.com clients but dishonest. We booked the rooms as reviews said good aircon. She said they didn’t have air con. After a lengthy discussion they gave us two fans. In the morning the bill was greater than the price quoted on the site but she was so rude I just left it. Horrid hotel, dark, dingy, cramped and hot, with no parking.

Pros: close to train station and city center. quiet rooms on backyard even though fair on the street.
