Overview

About fifteen minutes from the center of Nantes, the Best Western Atlantys Hotel Zenith Nantes, Saint Herblain, France, welcomes guests in a contemporary mood in recently refurbished rooms, a three-star just five hundred meters from the Zenith concert hall, its warm, modern decor playing on the concerts and shows staged nearby. The setting suits business travelers and concert-goers alike, with a recreation and shopping center close enough to walk to for restaurants, bowling, or the cinema, and rooms with a flat-screen television and free internet for an easy stay. The tram makes the city center a quick trip in. Nantes rewards the short ride, a lively former ducal capital on the Loire where the moated castle of the Dukes of Brittany, the glass-roofed Passage Pommeraye, and the fantastical mechanical elephant of the Machines de l'Île draw visitors year round, with the green banks of the Erdre and the wide river quays close by. On its western edge the hotel keeps an easy, well-connected calm.
