Everything was good. At 5 my room was still not ready and we had to move our room so we could get ready. The rest of our group was at one end of the hall we were at the other. The biggest complaint, was listening to the housekeeping complaining. As we were getting ready going back and forth from room to room. Pros (+) Breakfast was excellent Location good building looks, clean was good
Cons (-) Having water turned off for two hours during day. Next day having no hot water upon getting up in morning Complaining about no hot water, was assured it was being fixed, when returned following evening was told all fixed - BUT IT WAS NOT! Had to pack up and move to another room, got a bottle of water and a cookie to make me happy. Some of the staff did not seem to know what to do about anything.
