At one point our key cards stopped working but the staff was extremely accommodating and fixed the problem very quickly.
They didn’t stock the mini bar after our first night
Appears to be high-end, but rooms are sad and dirty.
The online photos made it seem quality, the lobby was nice. Has a pool open until 10 and the restaurant options were plentiful.
Room was GROSS. The smell of other people was prominent upon walking in... That should have tipped me off, but I decided to stay. Unfortunately for me, and my severe dust mite allergy, I did not sleep for more than an hour as I scratched all night and woke up with severe allergies and itching due to the musty linens. It's not that they didn't wash the linens, but they were obviously quite old. The shower curtain was ragged and had black mold spots on it. The comforter was a sort of grey white and had several brown stains. The staff did not seem to care when I mentioned this in the morning. We decided not to stay another night and instead went to the Westin in Land Park and enjoyed that much more.
All the coffee in the room was decaf.
The staff was amazing
Very family friendly central location.
Hot tub was not hot and it was 60 and raining.
Loved every moment. Staff was very welcoming. Definitely will consider staying there again.
Blood on the walls
Our first room had blood on the walls. We then moved rooms only to be placed in a room that wasn't cleaned. When we were moved again our room was still dirty but by then we had missed our original plans we had made. We stayed in the third room. The only thing the hotel did was remove a parking charge (which feels like something that should be free for guests anyway). Upon checking out a staff person made a very inappropriate drug related joke to my partner that made us both uncomfortable. When trying to order food from the bar I enquired about the cooking oil as I have food allergies and the staff said she didn't know and refused to find out what was used. I felt very uncomfortable, unsafe and dirty the entire trip. Definitely will not be staying at the Hyatt again.
I was there with 3 young children. Very courteous and helpful staff. Pool was perfect for the kids. Breakfast was good, fast and reasonably priced. The hotel is clean and quiet hours were respected. We were there for a reception on the 15th floor which was also fantastic.
Breakfast was not included
Staff were very nice. Location is excellent.
Room was dusty and had finger prints in the bathroom. There was a long black hair in the bed.
hard to get regulated the hot water, thin walls, very loud and you can hear every conversations even the cell phone from all rooms no only your neighbors
