River location was lovely
This was a unique place to stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
My room was not ready at check in.
Staff Nobody seemed to know what was going on, and no one seemed to care. We extended our stay by one night, and we’re price-gouged. We were charged $50 more than our friends, who had a nicer room than we did.
Really helpful staff. historic vessel. Great atmosphere on board. Breakfast included in a lovely dining area. Clean room. Great air con !!! Smooth well run valet parking. Location good for Old Sacramento.
Was a bit noisy in the evenings with music from passing summer party boats but In the plus side we did have ringside seats for an amazing firework display on our first evening.
The ship / hotel is in great shape considering its age, and was nicer in appearance, especially the dining and bar area, then expected.
The only area we saw for improvement is better information on what and where to park upon arrival. It was a heavy traffic day in the area when we arrived, and once we knew to just pull into the area for the valet to take our car, it was easy, but was not initially obvious.
