Cons (-) We didn't sleep all night. The front door didn't even fully close despite locking, so there was no seal. Loud neighbors all night on every side. Horrible highway noise. Every sound from the parking lot with guests coming, going, and shouting at all hours. AC was cold but loud and unregulated given the door would not close and thermostat was immediately adjacent to door so it ran continuously. We h...

I was appreciative that they advocated for a smoke-free environment and expressed my gratitude to staff. Cons (-) We asked if we could do an early check in for an up charge they said as long as the room was ready we could do it. I was told there was not gonna be an extra charge. Later on the day they called me and said we needed to pay an extra day. Did not even get an apology for their mistake. They need to get all their staff on the same page.
