9,6 Excellent
Pros: Everyone was friendly and helpful, but Filippo went out of his way to advise us about traveling in the area. We appreciated the home-like atmosphere, and the breakfast eggs and coffees were prepared to order.
Cons: The buses were limited to and from the location, but the family gave us a ride to the train station, which made it so convenient. Other than that, I don't feel there were any negatives.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect hospitality. Filippo and family are professional and friendly. One of our best experience we have encountered during our stays in the last 10 years.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: A welcoming place to stay! The triple room was spacious and lovely, and the breakfasts were delicious with home-baked coffee cakes and pastries. The garden area has a large magnolia and is quiet and private. Filippo, the host, was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He gave us rides to and from the train station, which we very much appreciated. He put together information on Padua with a map highlighting all of his favorite spots and routes explaining how to find everything. Casa Camilla is a mile and a half outside the city center. Filippo prepared bikes for us and we loved navigating the city by bike. The ride to the center of the city is about 10-15 minutes and mostly flat with dedicated bike lanes. We also rode the bus back and forth -- the stop is right around the corner. A taxi from the center averaged about 8-9 euros. Padua is beautiful and Casa Camilla is a delightful place to return to after a day of exploring.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excelent staff with the best attitude, make you feel very confortable The food is delicious and home made, which make it fell at home The rooms are spacious and confortable
Cons: They do excellent yet
9,6 Excellent
Pros: This property was perfect for our family of five - we stayed in the annex which was very comfortable and cosy. The facilities of the property and the cleanliness were excellent. What really differentiates this property is the personalised service you receive from Filippo and his family who welcome you like family. Filippo was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Padova’s sights and history, and Paola’s cakes were delicious. A lovely warm family feel. We would highly recommend it to all travellers.
Cons: All good.

Best Western Plus Net Tower Hotel Padova - Padua - Building
6
8,8 Excellent (1 907 reviews)
R1 261+
Overview Reviews
The Best Western Plus Net Tower Hotel Padova is a modern 4 stars design hotel with 135 rooms, an outdoor car parking and a garage. The hotel provides a Congress center suited to welcome up to 200 people. Our restaurant offers Venetian cuisine and international dishes to satisfy every palate; moreover, corporate dinners and breakfasts can be organized. Strategic position (Padova Est) in the business area of the city. Easily reachable from the highway and from the main ring roads, this hotel it’s just 2 km away from the exhibition center, the court and the downtown.
7,1 Good
Pros: Nice hotel with nice big rooms. Excellent breakfast, really above expectations. A bit complex to find the entrance to the hotel - would probably be useful to have slightly more information/indication along the road.
Cons: Noisy rooms due to ventilation. Room a bit cold with no possibility to open the window - a bit uncomfortable due to the strong presence of scent.
2,9 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing. The location was terrible for getting to the historic center of Padova
Cons: The staff were not helpful and seemed like they were doing you a favor by responding to your inquiries. They performed their tasks in a very perfunctory manner. Would definitely not recommend anyone stay there!!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Closed garage + comfy bed
Cons: A/C appears to be constantly on at high temp. Though we reduced the temp down to 20C it was constantly warm, resorting to open the window and had to bear the city’s bad polluted air quality.
7,7 Good
Pros: Staff has been really friendly and helpful. Despite a wrong booking, the reception staff offered me a minisuite room trying to help me, for the same price. These girl are all nice and I'd like to spend a word for Stefania: thank you!. The hotel is really amazing, brand new, very nice looking, and the bed is perfect.
Cons: The only thing that I dont consider of the same level of everything else... are the breakfast croissants. I didnt like them, but anyway the breakfast was fine, good coffes and scrambled eggs annd so on.
5,7 Okay
Pros: Beautiful design. Very contemporary large room with a great view.
Cons: When we arrived I told the staff that our toilet seat was cracked. I reminded them the next day. Two days later after a three night stay, the toilet seat was still cracked. The Sky satellite was not working. The lady at the desk insisted that it was working properly and reluctantly sent someone to check it. Guess what? It was not working and he had to fix it. I am fluent in Italian. I can only imagine how they would treat someone else. Also, the hotel was hard to get to. It is surrounded by freeways and we ended up on the freeway even when we did not need to be there. I would still stay there in spite of these problems because of the newness and unique design of the hotel. The room was quite large with a great view and at a good price.
7,7 Good
Pros: This is a stunning building in the industrial area of Padova alongside the main route into the city, but it is also the quietest hotel room I have ever stayed in. If you want a great nights sleep in real comfort with fantastic views over the city and within 30mins of Venice I challenge anyone to find better.
5,7 Okay
Pros: Cleanliness of the room, everything was working perfect. Friendly staff.
Cons: There were no closets for clothes in the room and for long stay like we did it, it was uncomfortable to keep them in the luggages
6,0 Good
Pros: The room was very nice and comfortable, the location is great for those who need to travel and want to be close to the motorway when leaving Padova.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Modern clean room with all needed comfort one could think of.Very good restaurant.
Cons:
7,4 Good
Pros: Nice staff, close to shoppingmall, clean rooms which are small but beautifully decorated. We used it as base to visit Venice, Verona and Padova. Had many TV channels, and if you play with the remote control you can set the audio to english instead of italian. For italian standards a very nice breakfast, free parking, and easy to find. Looks new, with nice beds and the possibility to open the windows for some fresh air. All was better then expected.
Cons: Best to have a car, since it is outside the center.
7,4 Good
Pros:
Cons: very hard to find
7,2 Good
Pros: My wife and I love this hotel very much. The room of this hotel is very clean rooms and very comfortable. The price is resonable and the service is good. The breakfase is nice also. And it only takes 30 mins by car (through highway) form hotel to Venice's main parking tower. Next time we will go back this excellent hotel for sure.
Cons: It's not easy to fine out the route to the hotel even that we already saw the hotel and used the navigator. Should have more instructions on the road telling people how to go to the hotel.
7,2 Good
Pros: It was very nice to stay , Clean and Big room
Cons: there is no Spa during my stay

9,2 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were super sexy. Zebra wood, fancy beds and tubs and sinks. Top notch.
Cons: At breakfast the eggs were emptied and not replenished. It was like, "Hey, scramble some more eggs." But there were lots of other options so it was like, "Whatevs." Also, it was not that close to a train station.

The historic center of Padua, with its cafes, restaurants, and tourist sites, is only 15 minutes away on foot. The main train station is 900m from the hotel and gives guests easy access to the surrounding areas. The university and business districts are also within easy reach. The NH Padova features stylish and modern design complete with Andrea Mantegna reproductions throughout. These large and elegant spaces feature modern comforts such as workstations, free Wi-Fi, LCD TVs, and minibars. Every morning we serve a delicious fresh breakfast buffet where you can order eggs any style and enjoy a variety of sweet and savory options. The Parnaso restaurant is on the 12th floor and offers beautiful views of Padua from the outdoor terrace. Enjoy one of the local or international dishes al fresco or in the sleek minimalist atmosphere of the restaurant. Our bar is a casual space where guests can enjoy a snack with their favorite cocktail or a try a traditional Italian wine. The hotel also has 8 meeting rooms for up to 160 people.
6,3 Good
Cons: No possibility to sleep in the Hotel due to the Disco located near by. The loudness of the Bass is incredibly awful, it could be perceived as a torture.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Staff were accommodating and friendly from the start. We decided to go with a junior suite and it was well worth the money. Huge and we had as nice a view as we could hope for. Breakfast was very good and was from a top floor that had a lovely view.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast and restaurant and very friendly and helpful staff. Some minor issues (cool room, no water heater) were resolved quickly (electrical heater and water heater brought to the room), which shows that service orientation of the staff. Fntastic aperitivo in the bar, with a great service. Bar attendant with a good sense of humor, very pleasant.
Cons: There were a few small issues, see also above. Those were resolved quickly. We also had a small problem with the door, which was also rapidly resolved.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great!
5,0 Okay
Pros: Price was ok - less than 100 eur per night. They have 24 hour reception, which was important for us since we were on a road trip and arrived late.
Cons: The location is a bit far from the city center, however this was not a big issue for us. The cleanliness was the real issue at this property, there were balls of dust under one of our night tables in the room just next to the bed. Also - there were 2 of us and the towels were only sufficient for one. Even though we had booked a double occupancy room for myself and my spouse, they had only put one set of towels in the room. The restaurant recommendations provided by reception were very touristic and it was obvious they have an agreement with certain restaurants to supply them with clients.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The New Year Eve Gala Dinner was amazing (again)! Thank you for that! The waiters in the restaurant are very professional and friendly, especially the restaurant manager! The breakfast also was very good! The bed is very comfortable and big.
Cons: Everything was good! If you want to visit the city center by walk, the hotel is a little bit far, but with a 20 minutes walk you can reach the famous places...
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast, nice room with comfy bed
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Highly impressive breakfast with a variety of fresh fruits and homelike deserts in the restaurant with a beautiful view. I wish I had dinner there. Bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.
Cons: Everything was just perfect. Thank you.

1,0 Poor
Pros: The very bad experience with Sofia the receptionist has made us hate everything about Crowne Plaza and Padova. We did not enjoy anything and we lost the mood for everything really.
Cons: We stayed in room 437 of Crowne Plaza Padova on December 28, 2019. I am an IHG frequent client and a frequent traveler with an extensive experience in 4 and 5 star hotel stays around the world. The behavior and attitude of the receptionist Sofia is by far the rudest and the most descriminatory of my entire 35 years of travel experience. She doesn't even seem to care about her clients feelings and the impact she has on our loyalty to IHG. Her words, facial expressions, gestures, and body language all suggest hate, disdain, and descrimination. She clearly wanted us gone from the hotel and her actions suggested a clear racist attitude. I was going to stay longer in this hotel but I shortened my stay because of her attitude and the only reason I stayed the night is because we were very tired after a long journey and even so we considered going to another hotel but it was late in the night so we decided to stay the night. She truly tarnished the brand's great reputation and killed our desire to continue to choose to stay with your hotel chain in the future. Employing racist staff members is not a joke or forgiveable. We'd better choose another non-IHG place in the future if this is the kind of staff we may have to deal with in our stays. I will make sure to write the IHG Head Office to let them know know about this unfortunate experience so that no one else undergoes what we went through tonight. Thank you

Pros: It was quaint. It was pretty small, but it served a purpose. We were only there to sleep anyways. Very clean. It's close to the train station, about 20 minutes by foot. The guy at the desk is very helpful, not so much for the woman. She seems she's not very happy about her job or caring about taking care of the clients.
Cons: They did not advise me that they turn on the air conditioning themselves from their computer at the desk for my room. They don't tell you that you need to use the same swipe card for entry to turn on your lights in the room, which is located by the door inside.

7,9 Good
Pros: Everything was ok, hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was a little bit poor, coffee unfortunately didn't taste good. We would appreciate a little bit more of bread or something. There was just a toast.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast, great location if you have a car. Quiet area. Good facilities, generally recommended, good value for money. Good WIFI.
Cons: Beware: the last bus runs around 8:40 PM. The air conditioner was disabled, it's a European thing. For us it was somewhat of an issue at night.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Everything about this hotel was perfect. From the moment I walked in and was welcomed by a warm smile and an easy attitude, till I left, there was a relaxed sense of hospitality. Because it is family owned place and small it could easily give one a feeling of self-consciousness and being ill-at-ease. Certainly does not apply here! The place is pervaded by friendliness and charm. The rooms are superbly furnished and equipped. Breakfast is lovely and fresh. Fruit and tea/coffee machine available all day for free. Staff ready to help with any question.
Cons: The hotel is in a district which feels like a rural village. Very erratic unreliable public transportation and the few shops on the main street are closed most of the time! It is a long walk into town, about 40 minutes, but easy and worth it. However, eat before returning to hotel or bring your food with you

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location with parking. Nice clean hotel, a little bit old, but it was a great stay.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Clean and cosy, comfortable bed, very nice staff.
Cons: There was a light in my room that was flushing constantly and there was no way to turn it off. Very frustrating ☹️
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good..various choices of bread, fruits, juices, hot drinks, meats and cheeses and you can cook your egg easily. Room and bath of good size for two. The staff were very helpful and always smiling.
Cons: We booked three rooms, two doubles and a triple, but one double was in a new part or renovated part in the first floor and their room was much nicer and newer. We were wondering why we didn’t get the same new rooms. The hotel is not in front of the Basilica of San Antonio, if you are expecting that, but a short distance from the back of the Basilica. If you like walking, it won’t be a problem.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Room was small and comfortable, the bed was comfortable. All sanitary provided was good The location of the hotel is really good, away from the station but close to the main attractions As the hotel does not serve lunch and dinner - the adjoining restaurant is really good, so no need to hunt for food :)
Cons: The bathroom cabinet size was too small, but then this is value for money. So nothing to complain The recommendation provided by the hotel is easy to approach by bus, but unfortunately buses only run every 1 hr from this region. But a 20min walk to the hotel was not so bad, you get to see the city and its unique construction style.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: It was great value for the money, would definitely visit the hotel again
Cons: Nothing

Breakfast is continental with good choice of food and excellent coffee. We were traveling with dog and there was none additional charge. We enjoy stay here.
Cons: Car park is located approximately 100 meters from hotel that maybe not convinient for some people. It was not a problem for us - it is only for information purposes.

Pros: The double room (panorama view of the Basilica) was attractive and comfortable with small table and chairs, good bathroom, very quiet despite overlooking the Basilica. The staff were very helpful and clear, responding quickly to needs. Breakfast was good for the hotel class.
Cons: Heating is by warm air circulation. There is a small black box that can control it. Towels are always replaced, whereas I prefer to reuse them. Twice a bottle in the small mini bar (only 4 items) was not replaced.

Pros: The breakfast was good, only the hot breakfast (scrambled eggs, bacon) was missing.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean room, Spacious bathroom, Calm location.
Cons: The room was cold, even though the heater was switched on. The bathroom curtain was not long enough. So, after a bath, water comes out of the shower area and wets the rest of the bathroom.
2,5 Mediocre
Cons: DEFINITELY I DON’T RECOMMEND!!! I requested a double bed and they put 2 single beds together. At 12:15 am the fire alarm and there was no staff on the property! We try to leave to the nearest emergency exit that was LOCKED!!! I reported the problem and he just apologized. If the fire were real we would be in a real trouble!

Cons: No bad thing to add!
