Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and proximity to public transport, making it convenient for exploring the city. However, many reviews express dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing issues such as unpleasant odors, poorly maintained rooms, and lack of proper cleaning. Noise is also a recurring problem, with several guests disturbed by loud neighbors or street noise. While some mention friendly staff and comfortable beds, the overall impression is marred by maintenance and noise concerns.
