Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing local attractions. The staff and management are frequently described as friendly, attentive, and helpful, often going out of their way to accommodate guests and provide useful recommendations. Some guests appreciate the spaciousness of certain rooms and pet-friendly policies. However, there are repeated concerns about cleanliness, with mentions of mold, insects, and unclean bathrooms. The bathrooms and some facilities are noted as outdated or in need of repair. Overall, while the location and service stand out positively, improvements in cleanliness and bathroom conditions are needed.
