The location and convenience to the city. The not so free water bottle and paid parking.

I searched for a room for 2 adults and 2 children. I was skeptical when a room with 1 king bed came up, but I trusted that their website worked. Just in case, I requested a rollaway bed. When we arrived we found a very small room with a "king" bed and no rollaway. We requested a rollaway bed, but my 10yo daughter still ended up sleeping under the desk because there wasn't any more room. Overall, t...

Housekeeping was excellent. Kept the room prim and proper. Elevators were too slow. Ended up waiting a long time for some of them. Price of buffet breakfast was way too high. But the omelets were fantastic.
My only minor complaint is that we booked a double queen room for the family. The hotel “upgraded” us to a suite but it only had one queen and a pullout double. Since the kids are still relatively little (8&10) the pullout still worked, but it was a minor disappointment. Other than that the location was great since we had an early flight out of O’Hare and they have large shuttles running frequentl...

Pros (+) Very comfortable bed
Cons (-) No chair in room, other than desk chair. What seemed like dozens of monitors in bar/restaurant made it hard to relax
Pros (+) The whole interior is very good design. The fitness center is nice and clean.
Cons (-) We can overhear people talk next door and baby cry. Also, when the neighbor used to slam the door at night or maybe let the door close itself too often, that was like a nightmare.
Pros (+) Staff were personable and attentive, easy to speak with and helpful.
Pros (+) Rooms were spacious and beds were incredibly comfortable. Just what we needed after two days of traveling from abroad.
Cons (-) The fridge was tiny and you couldn't fit leftovers inside. The fridge also had old, gross food inside.
Pros (+) Convenient hotel for bus travel
Cons (-) Location is a drag
Pros (+) Everything was seamless from check in to check out. The in hotel restaurant was tasty. The rooms were spotless. I appreciate that our room had a balcony with a great view of Rosemont. Everyone was friendly. I loved the proximity to the Rosemont Entertainment Center and the Fashion Outlets of Chicago. I would absolutely come here again
Cons (-) Paying for parking is irritating and the parking garage is a little bit from the hotel.
