Front desk clerk Kimberly was amazing! Check-in was fast and smooth. I also want to thank the housekeeping lady who helped me with my jumpsuit, as well as the valet gentleman. Thank you all for the wonderful service!

The man who drives the shuttle threw my bag out the back of the shuttle at the airport because I asked him why he loaded my bag last when I was first in line. He said he had a system and I told him, I’m allowed to ask questions. I called the hotel to report it. They NEVER called me back or tried to resolve the situation.

Room was clean, looks recently remodelled. All the staff was so helpful and were great helping us find someplace to eat when we got in very late. Walkable distance (about 2 blocks) to the outlet shops if you want to do some shopping. Shuttle bus runs at top and bottom of the hour.
