The facility was clean. The front desk was very helpful and it made checking in and out very easy. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet.
Only issues we had was no remote in the room for the television. The phone inside the room was not on. The ice machine was located on a different level.
Room design and comfort. Bar/lobby area. Gym and pool
106 dollar for a clean room
33 dollar parking fee makes the hotel fee an expensive stay. Just another way to charge more especially if the car stayed on the aloft property. BS really
The pool close down when we got there but got free cancellation without penalty which was good
Great hotel. Hard to get to. "Interesting" parking
Location was very convenient for the activities we had planned. At least two very good restaurants within easy walking distance.
Difficult to find, even with GPS, because of blocked off roads. Confusing parking structure available across the street. On-site parking was limited, but fairly priced.
The design and architecture of hotel is aesthetically pleasing and the beds are highly comfortable
Staff was not hospitable and seemed annoyed to help or make suggestions to local venues. Talked to three different hotel receptionists and none of them left me wanting to return.
Nice for an overnight
Good location for shopping and dining. Out of towners: you are not downtown Chicago at this hotel. The train is within walking distance. Beds were very comfy and towels were great.
Room was not super clean.
Parking is a bit difficult, having to validate parking everyday ia a pain but the hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable
Easy access to O'Hare
Location was good for an early morning flight
They charge for parking???? That's ridiculous
All great but parking
Very unique, clean, and great price for a night
Outrageous parking fee, cleanliness of pool table
Very clean nice bedding.Great staff.Luxury style comfort setting.
The design, furnishings, bar, and the little snack counter all proved to be just what we wanted.
No complaints, though the staff was a little unsure about the shuttle running to the hotel our event was at.
Great location if your at a convention at the nearby Rosemont CC which is an easy walk. Room are comfortable and quiet. The lobby is trendy but nice and not that techno as some reviews say.
The rooms don't have drawers so you basically live out of your suitcase which is ok for a few days I guess but why not have a small chest of drawers?
very modern and different from standard US hotels
30 min wait for airport shuttle
