Pros: Such a lovely hotel, with very nice people! We would definitely return to spend a few more days there. It feels like home!

Cons: Lovely hotel .friendly people made to feel very welcome.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
9,6 Excellent
Cons: I had the impression that booking had my room paid ahead but no I had to pay in euros at the hotel
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely family run hotel providing excellent value for money. Although this was only a standard room in a 3 star hotel we had everything we needed: safe, fridge, comfortable bed, water, facilities to make a hot drink. We paid 11€ for breakfast on the terrace which was excellent value in an idyllic setting. There is a beautiful cove 150 yards from the hotel.
Cons: Nothing really. Bath robes, body lotion and English breakfast tea would have been nice but to be honest for the price we already had more than we expected. The hotel has no restaurant so perhaps a bit more information about local establishments but we found somewhere easily enough.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: It’s a beautiful “ Maison de Provençe’ the breakfast is really good. And the staff attention, I think they own the house, is flawless. The room is stylish and elegant.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, good value. Parking is free street parking across the street. Hot water pot. A few restaurants walking distance.
Cons: Do not disturb sign was placed on door but room was still entered and cleaned. We were there for 2 nights and did not feel that a cleaning was needed.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very clean and cozy. It’s not big but it’s ok . Good Service and staff are very friendly and accommodating. They address any concerns and request of the guest. The property has their own parking area so it’s very safe . I am recommending this hotel especially those who wants to have a peaceful and safe to stay in. They also have a mini jacuzzi , you can use in case you want. It was very relaxing. Happy to stay in this hotel and in case I’ll be back in the area, I prefer to stay here again and try their food for next time
Cons: The location is bit far from gare to those who don’t have their own car or motorcycle but for those who have their own transportation, the area is easy to find.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast. English speaking friendly staff. Comfortable room.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very cute property! Cathy is a wonderful hostess and is very welcoming. We booked last minute due to an issue at a different place. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. There is a very good wood fired pizza kitchen nearby. This is a bed and breakfast most suited for families with young children but it was great for us! If you have a young family and need a good, safe place to stay this is the right place for you!!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: room eqipped with tea set, fridge, air cond, internal parking, nice garden and terasse, pool. perfect for cycling

Pros: Great place, nice staff and owners, excellent food.
Cons: Fridge and better WiFi in rooms would be recommended
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location is exceptional Staff are very very nice View from the rooms is outstanding
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Ideal location, lovely staff, plenty of parking, very good breakfast and evening meals, a really good family run hotel, complete antidote to the big chain hotels in the area which while being slick and efficient lack the warmth and charm of the Cap Riviera. Get a first floor room with balcony, view over the bay is great. Would love to return.
Cons: No lift, but spiral stairs easy enough for my 92 years young mother to negotiate.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were super, friendly and helpful. The room was excellent. Nice beach close by. Car parking good. Good security. Good access to facilities such as beach umbrellas.
Cons: The WiFi was poor. Both nights that we had dinner we had wasps hovering around us.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very nice, the location of the Hotel is excellent, you just need to cross the road and voila, you will find a good sandy beach.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: We liked the sea view from the balcony. The room was always clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. AC worked as expected.
Cons: The room seemed a bit average for the price (quite old equipment) but nothing terrible. The wifi was VERY bad basically everywhere in the hotel - extremely slow even for the lightest usage, not to mention photo upload. The beach could be nicer (quite unpleasant mix of sand and stones - you can find way better beaches along the road by the sea). The breakfast was a bit disappointing for the money - 9€/person and you still have to pay extra for ham or cheese - it was better to jump into the car and visit the local shops.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Quite clean room and bathroom Nice view from terrace to the Ocean Good Basic breakfast with upgrade Options (ie eggs / Bacon) Safe on the room Friedly staff
Cons: A bit "old ffashion" No coffeemaker / kettle on room No fridge on room Food in Restaurant is just average, no highlight. Bit overpriced, but nice view Away from next City centre

Pros: Relaxing stay.
Cons: The booking showed the specific room has a bath but we did not have a bath in the room we checked into.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I'm so happy that I found this hotel! Facilities and overall location look much better than on the photos. Personal provide exceptional service. Restaurant is just amazing, worth to visit anyway even if you choose differen place for your stay. Vinnery tour and vine testing - additional great experience that you can have in this place.

Breakfast was also very good. Its a quirky hotel at the end of a long drive with quirky animal sculptures, definately worth a visit.
Cons: The hotel was further out of Frejus than we had expected.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect setting
Cons: Nothing
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic place to stay. Beautiful garden, swimming pool & dining area. We had a wonderful stay with visit to the vineyard & wine tasting. We enjoyed a delicious dinner while our 9 months old son was quietly sleeping in our room. Pure luxury!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: We had a fabulously relaxing night away here. It was a super treat and we couldn't have asked for more. The food was great, the room was lovely and the swimming pool was heavenly. It was handy to get to from the motorway but you couldn't hear anything from the motorway. It was just so relaxing....
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The property is wonderful situated near the seaside 15 minutes from the beach in south of France near Cannes and Saint Tropez. It is a wine farm surrounded by grapevines and nature. Is is a quite hotel de charm with only 8 rooms so we really feel the special treatment from the breakfast till the diner. Lovely restaurant! We choose this hotel because of the location, the infra structure and the swimming pool. Everything was perfect and we will definitely come back again. The calm of the property, the cleaning of the rooms, you can even have a guided visit to the wine farm and se how the wine is maid. We absolutely loved everything they gave you a really personal treatment from the lovely girls at the reception and all the lovely staff of the restaurant.
Cons: Nothing that we didn’t like.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: This place is truly incredible. The owners run this cute little hotel and are very kind and helpful. Breakfast is included and delicious. The attention to detail and cleanliness is above and beyond. There are not any amenities in the hotel or the rooms but you should be out enjoying the gorgeous town and surrounding beaches so it isn't necessary. In my opinion this is one of the best hotels in Europe simply for the kind souls who run it and they way they care about their establishment and the guests. Two thumbs up all day!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Have you ever dreamed about leaving everything and moving to France? Well this could be the place where you might like to live. This perfect little hotel gives you the best possible experience of living in a small town in France where you know the name of the postman and the guy from the bakery is your friend. This cozy hotel is in excellent location and with a nice street view. We felt like home and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Pros: Sea view, location, breakfast, staff
Cons: The iron was not clean and left a mark on my shirt but the staff were very kind they refund me the full price of the shirt.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Overall a nice little boutique hotel. Good breakfast and location. Best staff ever. Super nice people. If you want a quiet place and a beach 30 seconds away between St Tropez and Cannes, this is it. Mostly a residential community but apartments, b and b, other small hotels available. If you are ok with a small room at a great price, stay here.
Cons: Room was very small, barely adequate. Bathroom looked like it was installed in what might have previously been a closet.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Terrific location ,right next to a super beach . We had an upstairs superior room with a balcony with a sea view , great .
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel was beachfront but our room (6) was set back from the road so was nice and quiet. Also this room had a private balcony which was lovely and cool at the end of the day. The room had aircon which was a plus. Tom and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Although we had a car there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Other pluses were that you could park the car in a secure spot which was locked at night for minimal cost and there is a lift in the hotel. We booked for 2 nights but stayed for 4 nights. Lovely and relaxing.
Cons: Minor issue, some mornings the breakfast supplies were running low but when asked for top ups, this was done quickly and with a smile.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect and the WiFi was strong. Decent restaurants and bakery within walking distance, and away from the craziness of the big cities. I want to go back!
Cons: The air conditioner was a bit stale and made the room smell musty.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location. We had a room with a side sea view. The buffet breakfast was good value for money with some hot choices as well as the usual continental offerings and you could eat it in the courtyard which was very pleasant. The hotel was also very dog friendly which was a bonus for us as we had our small bichon with us.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Personnel was very kind and friendfull. Location is good. There is a convenient parking. It is possible to leave a car for next day and there is a shower at the parking. Hotel provides beach towels.
Cons: Really nothing to complain.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: We loved that we could park the car in the secure Carpark area, check in was welcoming and informative, room had aircon and the garden area was restful and relaxing. We read the reviews that the evening meals were lovely, so as we were tired we ate in the restaurant which was in the garden. Well the meals were more than lovely, they were delicious, complimented with a good wine selection and perfect service. We enjoyed the meal so much we ate in on our last night as well. Meals are highly recommended.
Cons: Not a problem for us but for some it may be a little bit out from restaurants and shops especially if you do not have a car. But because of this it was nice and quiet. Bicycles are available on site.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Amazing villa. Nice luxury furniture, sun beds, jacuzzi on balconies and even 2 at the territory, infinity pool, territory. It’s very calm place, silence everywhere. Even when the villa was fully booked it was so quiet. Perfect place to relax. Sea view is picturesque. Food is delicious, so fresh. Some stuff were too friendly and nice, mostly who work at the reception (all reception stuff were the best, nice team), besides stuff who meet you and show the facilities, a waiter at the summer restaurant is very good girl.
Cons: Some stuff are not client oriented for such a luxury villa and 5*. One employee didn’t say hello during the whole stay when I came in to the villa, only after me. He just ignored. Housekeeping need to clean jacuzzi better (not even clean the water and leaves, but outside as well, corpus). Quite difficult to call to reception or to order the food. Once it was not working at all (no service at the iPad, all calls to reception are made via iPads in the room), or they just don’t answer when I called.
10,0 Excellent

Cons: Wifi very slow if it was available at all. Very noisy from people partying.
4,6 Okay
Pros: Bed was comfortable. Very clean.
Cons: On the website we we were told there was a pool, however no pool was available for our use. There was no WiFi for the entirety of our stay, and we were told there would be. We were on a business trip so this greatly inconvenienced us. The phone in our room did not work, and we were told it would be fixed...never was. The soap in our bathroom was never re-filled after asking the front desk twice to do so.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The location by the sea ( there’s a road but cannot hear the car! The eggs ( self prepared)
Cons: We changed to a bigger room and the floor was greasy and a chewing gum on the floor. It’s teally the only problem Of our stay but it was unpleasant
7,5 Good
Pros: Location directly on the beach, discount for the beds and parasol on the beach.
Cons: - We got room without a balcony (not possible to dry beach towels) - Room wasn't vacuum cleaned (it is difficult to keep room sand free without balcone) - Bad soundisolation: very loud music plays till 23:30, it is too loud even with closed windows.

Pros: Location, nice staff, calm neighborhood.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Nice staff, good price/ quality ratio, good location
Cons: Only 1 electric socket in the room is not enough.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Very kind staff makes their best to allow an early check in.
Cons: The door of the bathroom should be improved. Bathroom could be refurbished
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Nice, clean and comfortable hotel in a quiet part of the French riviera. The receptionist spoke english, which is quite unique in France.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Good value for money. Great location. Very friendly staff. Clean room.
Cons: A kettle with complimentary tea / coffee in the room would be desired.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel was central to the things we wanted to see. It was also quiet, which was nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: The hotel room was a bit dingy. The carpet was old and needed to be replaced. The shower and bathroom were small, which is to be expected in a European hotel, though.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Owner and staff were so helpful. Location is excellent for access to dining, the town and station.
Cons: The winding staircase needs a railing on the outside of the stairs. The railing is on the inside but because the staircase curves the steps are too narrow to use. The wider steps are to the outside of the staircase but there is no railing.

Pros: Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. Checking in procedure was weird. I received emails that reception wasn't staffed and didn't get responses to my queries. It turned out to be fine. I didn't have to wait long. All in all a good experience.
Cons: Check-in procedures.
5,4 Okay
Pros: When we arrived there’s no one. So we must call the number. However the bathroom is not like photos on booking it’s a little dirty and very old I don’t like that. If you want to stay at saint Raphaël I think that you can find better hotels at same price more or less! I’m sorry but I don’t like this place.
Cons: The bathroom. Terrible.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Nice spot and feel of the hotel
Cons: Parking unsecure.
7,9 Good
Pros: Very nice breakfast served by very kind staff. Great place to stay for people who aren’t interested in staying in an overpriced and fancy location.
Cons: Our room had a very foul smell, but opening the windows helped.

Pros: Super friendly and wonderful breakfast
5,4 Okay
Pros: Location. Comfortable bed.
Cons: Showers and toilets “squeezed” in. “Thin” room dividers. Dodgy workmanship. A light switch fizzed when I turned it on. No member of staff there to meet me when I arrived despite being within the stated reception opening hours.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location nice breakfast
Cons: Nothing
4,6 Okay
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: The breakfast was only adequate and the staff were morose and not welcoming and were only friendly when accepting payment and during check out.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: In terms of cleanliness and facilities matching the very reasonable cost, the room and hotel met our expectations. The breakfast was probably better than expected and compared with similar restaurants nearby, represented good value and of course it was very convenient. The very short walk to the excellent Port Frejus and fabulous beach was a real positive for this hotel.
Cons: Poor management of the limited parking available meant that we were not able to access the hotel's parking facilities - they were used by other casual holiday makers as there were no permits issued or warnings of consequences for improper parking. A simple thing to cure but really important and it is frustrating that the hotel management have not addressed this relatively simple matter.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Close to both the beach and the harbor. Free parking and an elevator.
7,5 Good
Pros: Our room was a triple room but tiny. It would be suitable for a couple with a small child - just. The bathroom was very tired and the shower curtain didn’t reach to the bottom of the shower tray so the floor got soaked. Our friends had room 302 on the top floor with a large Terrance which was better but it was a disabled room and bathroom. Receptionist wax friendly and helpful.
Cons: Room 207 - dark and depressing. Signage needs updating!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Close to nice beach, harbour with dining and easy parking.
Cons: Nothing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel, close to sea. Great pool and air conditioning
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is situated near the beach (5-7 min walking distance) and Port De Frejus Marina. It is very basic hotel suitable for short-time stay. Rooms are newly renovated and clean. Despite our room was tiny the bathroom was decent sized. The neighborhood is very quite. Staff was friendly, helpful and English-speaking. Buffet breakfasts are very good for such small hotel.
Cons: WiFi signal was poor. Hotel's parking is small and it's a challenge to find a free spot after 9 PM.
7,9 Good
Pros: Good location, short walk to Port Frejus and the beach. Air conditioning handy as during heatwave. Italian restaurant next door very good.
Cons: Not much parking.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Good room and comfi bad, good airco.
Cons: Parking was not easy. We were looking a lot for space, and walking back to the hotel from on anorher street.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: evening meal, staff, breakfast, swimming pool
Cons: missing : a small refrigerator and a set for cafe in the room.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: The swimming pool (even though needs repairs) was really refreshing - be warned it is cold. You also need a car to travel to / from hotel
Cons: One receptionist has a fiery temper, showers are very small and AC rubbish. Could do with decorating throughout. Very expensive and breakfast is basic for 14 euros!!! Staff are not attentive. This is our 3rd stay and has gone downhill in last few years
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing atmosphere.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Got the room last minute but it was very cosy, the breakfast was good and fresh!
Cons: It's far from the centre and not much in the area to do unless you have a car.
7,1 Good
Pros: The old building looks and feels like a real, romantic french country house. Due to the small number of rooms it has a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, perfect to relax. Although the petit-déjeuner is usually not the most important meal of the day in France they offer a nice little choice of all basics what belongs to a breakfast. (I really appreciated the extra mile they went to provide glutenfree bread for me!) The bed was comfortable and the room nice and charming. The stuff was friendly and willing to fullfill guests wishes.
Cons: There were some little things, what prevented it to be perfect. Everything need some improvements (e.g. pool has stains, what could be easily fixed; furniture and the sanitary equipment of the room has little damages; pool area is not cleaned from leaves of the garden etc.) The restaurant close at 9 pm, despite most of the people adapt to the french dinner culture and have dinner earliest at 8 pm. But this seemed to be a guideline from the management, because the stuff did its best to make the guests happy also after 9 pm.

Cons: Nothing
7,5 Good
Pros: The staff is very prepared and gentle. The swimming pool is cool and also the garden/restaurant. Position of the hotel is perfect.
Cons: From the pictures the rooms seemed to be way bigger. Our room was very dark, not a lot of natural light.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely little hotel in the centre of Fergus old town
Cons: The cost of taxi from hotel to Frejus Beach was 40+ euros return!
5,0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: The bedroom and bathroom had not been refurbished for many, many, years. Cleaner never emptied bin. Toilet paper was industrial. The air conditioning was not working correctly. Arrived for dinner one night around 10pm and were told we were too late, despite being residents.9 Wanted to use business facilities to print documents for bank and Notaire, we were told to send them to the reception email address - not a confidential option, sorry.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The staff were kind and helpful, the woman at the front desk was extremely helpful.
10,0 Excellent

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very very nice staff
8,3 Excellent
Cons: the car park located near the hotel is too small. There is a second one but too far...
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel with very accommodating staff. Good size room overlooking the pool. Charming courtyard area to enjoy a coffee or breakfast. Would stay here again if it was a bit nearer the sea front.
Cons: The bed was a little hard. Too far away from the seafront when your partner is awaiting a hip operation!

5,4 Okay
Pros: The staff were friendly and the room was fine.
Cons: Corridor was dirty, dinner was overpriced and slow, meagre serving and not very good. The bathroom had two long black hairs on the floor ... Definitely over priced and in serious need of new carpets near the dining room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything I checked above is why I so liked my stay. The location is why I chose the hotel, and, it is perfect for visiting other near by villages for day time travels.
7,5 Good
Pros: The most wonderful setting. Quiet, surrounded by magnificent palms and cypress trees, woodlands, golf course etc. A fair breakfast, balcony (although unlit!) good minibar/fridge, spotlessly clean, ample (free) parking. Large swimming pool - although unheated. Extremely comfortable large bed. Effective airconditioning throughout. Excellent access. nicely decorated.
Cons: Tea/Coffee facilities totally absent. One toaster at breakfast and even that only half-working. Not all the staff cracked a smile. Swimming pool water directly piped from the Arctic. No shower curtains and bath-sides only mountaineers could climb over. A hair drier on such a short cord you could only use if you bent over double. Sink tap you could not get your hands under for a proper wash. Worst of all, an enclosed en-suite toilet with NO ventilation whatsoever. (Hard to believe, let alone imagine. - Best not to try!) The advertised wifi signal was extremely poor and ran at a speed reminiscent of the bad old dial-up days rendering contact with the outside world, family or work effectively impossible. Nobody was willing or able to help with that. No maps of the Cote d'Azure at Reception. The TV in the room was the size of a postage stamp; about the cheapest model available but no English stations available, so useless anyway unless you are French. All in all, it seems not quite thought-through for a modern hotelier with well travelled international clientele. These are basics today and mostly inexpensive to put right.
6,3 Good
Pros: The swimming pool
Cons: We couldn’t eat at the restaurant of the hotel. The restaurant is limited to all inclusive booking .
10,0 Excellent
Pros: A delightful well located hotel with quiet spacious rooms and large lswimming pool. Superb location on edge of golf course
Cons: Nothing
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location is perfect for relaxation, playing golf and walking in the pine forest
Cons: Bed is too hard and employees partly show arrogance in behavior. Dinner is not to recommend.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The location is in a green area and the staff is really kind
Cons: It's a little far from the sea and you need a car to move
7,5 Good
Pros: Good location
Cons: Poor WiFi breakfast is to expensive hotel needs to be refurbished
7,5 Good
Pros: Location was perfect opposite to the beautiful golf course. Breakfest is nearly perfect. It only lacks the possibility to get freshly cooked omelette or fried egg.
Cons: Unfortunately, it takes about 20 min drive to reach the motorway A8.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Helpful staff, lovely facilities and very restful for a first holiday in 3 years. Close to lots of lovely beaches and wonderful weather in September
Cons: Being asked for a deposit against extras at the start of the holiday. This has never happened anywhere before. Also the price of the breakfast for one which had not been included was a lot more than the price on the booking form.
6,7 Good
Pros: very spacious room, nice mini spa area. good location
Cons: breakfast was overpriced
7,0 Good
Pros: We were very happy with the friendlines particularly of the staff at the restaurant.
7,3 Good
Pros: We were on honeymoon and as i know France fairly well, avoided the tourist traps of the sea front - we ate where the French people eat - I would advise anyone with a hire car to go to Mons and arrive in time for lunch. Food in the region incredible. Best Western has short game area and driving range which whilst were not in great condition made up for it by being next to hotel. golf course great for beginner golfers.
Cons: Pool is not suitable for lap swimmers as is too small - apart from this reviews on web are good and fair. For golfers - i am 10 handicap and have to say the golf courses i tried were more than ok scenery-wise but were in poor condition for better golfers. Eg, Nearby Estel greens were great but fairways just mud. (in fairness they did heavily discount so i didn't mind and used it as hitting off mud practise!!)
6,7 Good
Pros: I really liked the location next to a golf course and therefore far from the hectic lie of the seaside
6,0 Good
Pros: Swimming pool, service, restaurants, rooms with balcony, cleanliness, etc. We can definitely recommend this hotel.
Cons: It is too far from the beaches to walk
7,6 Good
Pros: Nice and friendly atmosphere. Spacious clean room and nice terrace.Good breakfast. Evening diner good value for money. Centrally locateed for beach, Esterel mountains and Saint Raphael down town.We will certainly come back here
