The location of the hotel was very good and the room is very beautiful, big and clean
No security, the receptionist is not exist most of the time so if any problem happens we will not be able to ask for help and the breakfast was not tasty and very poor, bad wifi and there is no payment by visa, I felt like I’m renting a room in an apartment not in an hotel or even an hostel
The hotel (B&B) is in a beautiful, quiet and safe area. I traveled alone and safety was important to me. 20 minutes walk from Termini train station to the hotel. Why not Roma is in a building where another hotel also works. There are surveillance cameras everywhere, it is clean and pleasant. I arrived after 9 PM, there was no one at the reception but like they told me by email, the card at the entrance was left in a safe with a code so everything was ok, no extra taxes. The design is modern and minimalist. Enough storage space, safe, hairdryer, mini fridge. It was quiet, both at night and in the morning. The Internet has worked very well. In the first night, in the morning there was a problem with heat. They apologized and repaired everything on the same day. The rooms look exactly like in the images presented on the site, obviously with traces of use but with a pleasant and welcoming appearance. The breakfast is Italian (coffee, pastry, cereal with milk, juice, cake or tart, fruit yogurt, toast and jam). Personally I was not satisfied with the breakfast ( no fruits, no gluten free things, no vegan things) but I knew since I booked that it will be an Italian one and I have nothing to reproach. 7-10 minutes walk to the park and Borghese Gallery. 15-20 minutes walk to Pantheon or Trevi Fountain.
Personell is nice and helpful. Breakfast consists of yogurt, cereals, croissant, hot and cold drinks. Reasonable location. Everything within a walking distance.
The room was worn out. Walls were dirty and the shower was leaking the first day (then it was fixed). There was no proper winter cover on the bed. Just a sheet and blankets. The heating and hot water was not available during the day. Only mornings and nights.
Very, very nice personal. I fully reccomend. And Im sure I will book this hotel again when I will visit Roma again.
The owner is the best thing about this place, room is big and comfortable
We had issues with ac but was resolved
