Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel’s central and convenient location, making it easy to explore Rome’s main attractions on foot. The staff consistently received high marks for their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond to assist guests, from arranging tickets to providing thoughtful touches like complimentary drinks. Cleanliness was another highlight, with many guests noting spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. Breakfast was frequently mentioned as delicious and varied, adding to the overall positive experience. While most found the rooms comfortable, a few noted that some rooms were on the smaller side, but this did not significantly detract from their stay.
