The staff received many compliments for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism, which made guests feel welcome and cared for. Breakfast was frequently highlighted as delicious and varied. Cleanliness was another positive aspect, with many guests describing the rooms and hotel as very clean and well-maintained.
